Even though I am not a kid, I enjoy sweet uncarbonated drinks but I want to be careful with how much sugar I consume each day. I have a problem with artificial sweeteners giving me headaches, but I don't get headaches with stevia, which is what these are sweetened with. I have tried many of the flavors of true citrus, and like the taste of all of them, but the fruit punch seems to be my favorite. I should also mention that I add much more than the recommended 8 ounces per packet. I probably add 18-20 ounces of water to get the sweetness level I like.
