I'm an older college student, so I like to take notes and make diagrams with actual pen and paper. These notebooks are my go-to because the cover is firm, giving a more supportive surface to write on. It's also easy to wipe clean. The college ruled pages allow me to write more on one page. And...they're perforated AND tear out with ease, unlike many other brands. I hate notebooks that make you fight or make a mess when you try to tear the page out. These are high quality spiral notebooks that also meet a high standard for sustainability. The fact that every part of this notebook is recycled material of 80% or more is really something quite outstanding. In addition, certain unique design touches make this a superior notebook for usage purposes as well. I love the PAPER 2 sided pocket at the beginning (perfect!), the little triangle at the beginning of each ruled line, the dual texture tree image on the cover, and even the mysterious icons in the corner of each page. I gave my elderly mother 2 of them (one to go with her new 'ipad for Seniors' learning book, and one for keeping notes on her Health journey) for Christmas, and kept 2 for myself. Great chioice of colors, very classy. This was everything I was looking for in a spiral bound notebook. Great work, Mead, for creating this product! My only complaint is that I also received 3 colors, not 4. Two were blue. While it worked out in my case since I gave 2 to my mother, I would have preferred one of each of the 4 colors were I purchasing them all for my own use.

These notebooks are great! Colors are accurate. I can use colored ball point pens and no bleed.

Great notebooks but a bit pricy. The paper is good quality and the covers are practically indestructible. I use them to journal, keep notes and I keep one in my car. I gave one to my mom to keep track of her doctor appointments and write down what he says. The notebooks hold up great.

I have ordered these twice now and I love them. I usually don’t love the colors that five star makes, but this pack has really cute ones!

1. i received almost completely different notebooks from the shown in the picture. it was a full color and with a really big tree in the middle. 2. i received two green notebooks, one red, and one blue instead of 1x green, 1x cream, 1x red, 1x blue. the cream colored notebook was not there. other than these two things, everything else is okay.

they’re good for uni but the only problem is they’re wide, you can see them peaking through my tote bag. so i recommend checking sizes before purchasing
