When these plants are rootbound they don't do as well and also require watering almost every day. I have bought a few 25 gallon plastic pots for some of these plants, and these plant saucers are large enough to hold these pots with a couple of inches around them to collect excess water. They look nice for their intended purpose. I purchased them to put under plastic planters with attached saucers. The attached saucers were too shallow and could not hold the overflow of water when I watered my plants. Though I got the 10 inch saucers to go under my 10 inch wide planters, they work for my 8 inch wide planters as well.
