Good appliance - reliable?
The device works well, its affordable, versatile and nice to use. But in our case, it stopped working within a year. Since its was covered under warranty, Agaro replaced it free of cost. Thanks to Smita Malick.

Good Product, Confusing Product Listing
I would like to appreciate the AGARO customer support team. The representatives were polite, patient, and listened to my concern carefully. They genuinely tried their best to help and escalated my complaint to the senior team. Thank you for your professional support. I also want to mention that I am happy with the product itself. The build quality and performance are good, and I have no complaints about the product. My only concern is that the Amazon product listing shows a Triple Spring milk frother, while I received a Double Spring version. This difference confused me. I was informed that all units are Double Spring, so this appears to be a manufacturer or product listing issue rather than a product quality issue. I kindly request AGARO to verify this, update the product listing if necessary, and provide a clear explanation so that future customers do not face the same confusion. Overall, I appreciate the support team's efforts and hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Product is good and customer service is also good as my one got an issue as it's was not working but after reaching out to customer service team they hustle freely understand my situation and placed a replacement unit order for me.
