The device works well, its affordable, versatile and nice to use. But in our case, it stopped working within a year. Since its was covered under warranty, Agaro replaced it free of cost. Thanks to Smita Malick.

Good product. Build quality 5/5. Frother spin speeds are easy to switch. Feels sturdy due to it's weight. What could be better, Powering off is little confusing when you start using is as you need to hold the speed button and length of frother could be little more lengthy. For brand name and it's quality it's a worth spending money, if you are getting it around 500.

Must buy product. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Got this recently and I'm super impressed. It comes with two attachments (milk frother and an egg whisk) which makes it quite versatile. The 3 speed settings are great for adjusting the foam thickness depending on whether you're making a cold coffee or beating eggs. Being rechargeable means no hassle with changing batteries, and the battery backup is pretty solid. Highly recommended for coffee lovers..!

Product is good and customer service is also good as my one got an issue as it's was not working but after reaching out to customer service team they hustle freely understand my situation and placed a replacement unit order for me.
