Trung Nguyen Vietnamese coffee - 15 oz can by Trung Nguyen [Foods]

I absolutely love this coffee. It's not quite the same as what you get in Vietnam, but it's a really good compromise and it smells absolutely gorgeous. I typically use it with a Vietnamese drip filter, but I've also used it in a French press too. Either way works well, but for some reason, the drip filter just tastes that bit better. Works beautifully with condensed milk. Highly recommend!

This is really easy to drink - it's not too acidic and it's pretty smooth. It also smells great, the smell of chocolate coffee pretty much fills the room when you take the lid off. That said, I'm not sure I'll be buying a second tin.The main reason is that I'm not quite sure how much of the taste, flavour and smell comes from the actual coffee itself. The list of ingredients on the tin contains chocolate and coffee flavourings and the more I think about it, the more I wonder how much is artificial? Not sure if this is common in other brands too but I've not seen it with supermarket ground coffee previously (or at least noticed).I'm not much of a coffee snob however and had bought this mainly to remind me of my trip to Vietnam - I'll finish the tin and probably decide then. Not bad overall, just don't expect coffee in its purest form!Maybe something to consider when making the purchase?

I love this coffee, I may not have the refined tastebuds of a coffee connoisseur, but this does the job! Flavoured with chocolate (artificially, I’m sure, but I really couldn’t taste the difference). I mix with condensed milk and pour over ice for a Summer drink.

The first sip of my first cup took me straight back to Saigon, one of the strongest coffees I've ever tried but one of the smoothest, with a distinct chocolate note, this is now my everyday go to coffee.

Deliciously strong coffee. Smells like chicory, smooth tasting. I love ordering Vietnamese coffee when we go to one of our favorite Pho restaurants. Im so happy I get to make me this coffee every morning with sweetend condensed milk.

This has a really nice strong taste and makes great Vietnamese coffee. The ingredients are as listed on amazon. Will definitely buy again when I run out.
