This is perfect for short periods of giving my parakeet some freedom from being caged up all day. The cleaning is not an issue only because I line it with paper while he is out on the perch. Otherwise, I love the product.

The good is I really like this portable perch for taking my conure around the house as I move, training, and being a potty station for him and it is very simple to clean. However I would say that it could be better made. When it arrived one of the wood pieces that make it stand had come completely off but luckily I could just push the nails back into their holes to make it stand. The wood "braiding" around the edge wasn't together all the way in some areas which is a simple fix but you'd think they could hammer it once or twice more just to make sure everything was together properly. Lastly the actual standing perch part wasn't measured to screw in to the right angle. If I tighten it all the way it kinda sticks out at an odd angle so if my bird pooped it wouldn't land in the catch so I have to leave it kinda loose for it to line up right

I am very disappointed in this item..the quality is absolutely horrible. The sides are all not aligned, the edges are extremely rough and splintery...it looks like a 10yr old out it together. Definitely not worth the price they charge for it..do yourself a favor and don’t bother ordering this bird stand.

Had to return. Product was very low quality and the edges of the base bored didn't even line up. Also the green mount wasn't very sturdy.
