Used to Be and still is, one of the best albums
Teen Dream holds a special place in my heart. After the quiet holy roots of Devotion, by Beach House in 2008, Teen Dream is more energetic, uplifting, sonic, and sure of itself. Every track, every choice in pacing, every nuance always lands. From being cut to the core by “Used to Be” cradled by “Real Love” and released back into the wild by “Take Care” it’s just a perfect album.
