This is my second purchase of this bag for my son...perfect and perfectly fits his lunch as well as his tall waterbottle which many others dont and it is washable too in case of any spills

I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. The product looks very old and the quality is far below expectations. I submitted a return request over a week ago, but the item has still not been picked up. The lack of support and delay in resolving the issue have made this a very disappointing experience. Kindly arrange the pickup and refund immediately.

I really love the quality of this lunch bag — it's functional, compact, and super cute. A slightly longer sling would’ve made it even more comfortable to carry, but honestly, that’s a minor detail. The insulation works well, and it fits a decent-sized lunch without feeling bulky. (I've stuffed it with Four Borosil Glass Dabbas + A spoon and Bottle) Without deshaping it. Overall, it’s great value for money and does exactly what it promises.

Product is good, slightly overpriced,it's better if they give 2 zips lock. Storage capacity is ample,sleek in design,looks good
