Clarity of camera is good. App is easy to use. Installation was free and quick- great work by the technician Mr Vaibhav, came the next morning for installation and completed it smoothly, installed and explained the app in detail, resolved all queries.

The doorbell is working perfectly. The device is connected to my wifi network without any issues. You can install it on wires of your already existing switch for your door bell. I get an immediate call on my mobile phone and the video is clear when someone rings at the door. I could able to talk to the visitor at a resonable clarity, if I'm outside of my home. The only issues I noticed are 1. You can't have multiple logins, if one of your family member need to use, you need to share your username and password. So don't use google account for login. 2. I have connected to google home and alexa and it will take at least 30 seconds delay to get prompt on it,

It happened to me. The moment I paid for. Suspicious man at my door. App shows something. I try to click the notification and all I see is a "make account" / "login" and I'm unable to access my the device I paid 10,919.00 for. And 1k for installation. Here are the screenshots. When I used the app, the trash I paid for can't tell how long a man was looking around my door, trying to look through my windows. This app failed to fulfil its basic purpose. It failed to ensure my security. Spend your money on anything but this.

Purchased Qubo Video Door bell Pro thinking it was two way talk but sad to State that it's only one way as we cannot hear the visitors voice. Had mentioned to the executive from Qubo but no response yet. Rest it serves the purpose of camera surveillance. Hope the company sends someone to check this flaw.

This review has been written after using this camera for 3 months. First thing first, we were earlier using CP Plus LP23 Doorbell camera, which required to be removed and charged everytime. Hence, this doorbell camera was bought by us in June 2024 as this works directly on AC power supply. Pros : 1. The doorbell works on AC Power supply, hence its very convinient to use 2. Quality of CCTV footage is very clear, however camera recording happens in low quality only, although there is an option of high quality in live footage Cons : 1. Camera provided by Qubo is of good quality but its not wide angle. Angular bracket provided by the company fits the camera in such a way that person pressing the bell and standing even 10° on right side of the bell, doesn't get captured. See the images attached. Footage of Qubo doorbell is very narrow, however footage of my CP Plus used to cover good amount of area in front of the bell. This is one of the major drawbacks. 2. Many a times, it has been observed that doorbell skips recording video even with moving object or person detection, when the appropriate option is activated in the settings. 3. Doorbell alert on the mobile comes with delay, many a times after person leaves from the door. Our doorbell is connected to Airtel Xtreme Fibre with 100 Mbps, hence nothing to do with internet speed 4. Two way communication mode on the bell is faulty and doesn't work many times 5. In mobile alert for event, like doorbell alert, app doesn't give you an option of selecting alert sound. It plays a default ringtone. At times, its confusing as the app, doesn't open the Qubo App screen of its own and ringtone keeps playing, when someone rings the bell. Also, you can't even slient this ringtone, if you are in a meeting or something. This is very cumbersome. In all, before spending ₹7.5k in the market, pls. check with other options available. Many good options are available on Amazon itself. We have initially bought Wipro Video doorbell on Amazon (which was almost 33% cheaper), but susequently cancelled the order after reading Qubo's specification of High Resolution camera of 3 MP. Its ultimately of no use other than seeing the footage for few minutes in live mode, since camera is anyway going to record footage in low quality mode only. Qubo, lot of scope for improvement in this doorbell when you are charging such high amount for the same as compared to much established brands like CP Plus, Hikvision and even Wipro.

Installation was completed the very next day after delivery, which was impressive. The technician charged ₹400 to fill the gap left behind by the previous lock with a piece of plywood, which was not very impressive 🤷‍♂️ The companion app still needs work. Whenever I try to unlock the device through the app, it shows "unlocking unsuccessful," but then unlocks the door anyway. It’s functional, but the buggy behavior is a bit confusing. Overall, happy with the product and satisfied by the installation process, but the app experience could be much better.

Installation: I opened the package and installed doorbell by myself. Just need one drilling machine with concreate drill bit. I have seen all the items came in the package and I arranged it in order and then gone to my existing doorbell switch, removed the old one and installed the smart doorbell. Anyhow Qubo installation support called me later for the installation support. You can use their service to install and configure. Configuration: I ensured that my wifi connectivity reaches till the doorbell and configured it via mobile app. It has a provision of ethernet configuration as well. As I haven't pulled/planned my RJ45 (Cat6) cable till the gate, gone with Wifi connection. Anyone planning for new house construction, plan for pulling a RJ45 upto your doorbell switch for later upgrade. If you have the memory card, you can insert it for various recording options or subscribe for the cloud package. Initially my Chime was not working as its required pairing with device. As this is the new model chime, I dont know how to pair with the device, later Qubo installation person has configured it in 10sec. May be this particular info can be added by Qubo support team in their website will be helpful for the self installation enthusiastic. Just you need to press the middle button of the chime for 5 secs for the pairing. Able to integrate with Alexa & I need to explore how to share the app with my family member. Customer care mentioned that, its nothing but the same user account can be opened/logging in two different mobile device. Let me explore and update my review on it. Other pros you can read from the user guide. Though it has options of of opening my Qubo smart lock, I'm yet to explore/operate the options of opening my door in sync with door bell.
