Woke me up during training and great size.
Helped when needed at training, though the flavour was more like lemonade. I like lemonade :). Non gloopy and none left in throat, so I didnt need a drink to wash down.

Difficult to open
Opening whilst actually running is impossible, opening standing still is bad enough. I normally have to use my teeth and have several times given up as really you need a pair of scissors to get into them

Best gels by far!
These are the best gels I have experienced, had a few from Torq and they all taste great and work a treat, gives you a needed boosts on a long cycle ride for sure. They are also nice and small in size and offer more carbs then other brands
