well worth keeping in your pantry
I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic these udon noodles taste. They have that thick, chewy texture you expect from good Sanuki udon, and they hold up beautifully whether you use them in hot broth or stir-fry. Made a yaki udon stir fry with chicken and veggies and it turned out amazing. I actually came on here just now to order more of these as I loved the dish I made, but I want to make again using a homemade sauce rather than a jarred Pad Thai sauce like I used the other night for first round.
