I ordered this for my mom because she said she heard this works. She wanted four. So far, she said it has helped lower her sugar and keep it stable. She said it's hard to swallow because it can be dry and larger than expected. Bitter, so she has to eat a banana or something sweet to get rid of the taste, which is ironic lol. She does get an upset stomach and constipation if she takes it on an empty stomach, so watch out for that.

I’ve realized this does not work! While taking this I gained 8 lbs! Went through 5 bottles and this does NOTHING but take your money. At first you think it may be working but no! You start thinking you’ll change the time of day that you take it to help with late night cravings taken later in the day but doesn’t do a thing. Maybe another brand will work? I bought a different brand black bottle and same results NOTHING!
