For the package I received, the bracelet works perfectly, the 'pager button' however, has awful range. It only works when within 2 feet of the receiver and cannot have anything in-between the two items. This issue renders the pager button completely useless unless my father happens to fall to the floor right in front of the receiver.

Setting the product up is simple and the product is effective in what it designed to do. Unfortunately this is not consistent with all items supplied. For the package I received, the bracelet works perfectly, the 'pager button' however, has awful range. It only works when within 2 feet of the receiver and cannot have anything in-between the two items. This issue renders the pager button completely useless unless my father happens to fall to the floor right in front of the receiver.
