Cools great, and very quiet. Super happy with it, highly recommend.

Probably won't arrive the next day, but be patient
Product works well, the delivery was supposed to be the day after I purchased it, but I'm not blaming the seller, it was FedEx fault, glad I didn't continue with the refund process.

Cooler climate in 30 minutes or less.
This 8k BTU window unit was simple if you can pick it up, put it in, close window. Plug and Cool๐ Been installed for a week in the southern heat. Think I buy one for the garage.

Really cools the whole apartment, glad I got it I upgraded from a 5000 to an 8000 so glad I did

Mixed bag
What a mixed bag. First of all, as an air conditioner it does a good job. It makes my room below 60 degrees, which is important to me. However, the fan makes a minor noise on low and a little less on medium. Just fan noise on high. The compressor though!! That is a horrible noise. I have tried everything to make it sound better but nothing works. Which is odd because my 5 year old 14,000 btu unit (same company) is much quieter. I tried contacting customer service but they just stopped corresponding after I sent them a video showing it. So, it cools wonderfully but is noisy.

Minor damage... seems to work, but it has a broken clip on the front and some dents on the side and top
