Easy to pair
Arrived on time although the app stated it would be delayed.Well packaged and very easy to pair with the alarm system

Exact replacement for our alarm system.
Having lost one of our house fobs down a drain outside on our street, I did a search on the internet for our exact model and Amazon popped up which I didn't initially expect. I bought 2 of them which I was able to pair to our Visonic alarm system. Not quite as easy to do as the video on YouTube said, but I was able to key in the code from the back of each remote and they were accepted on to our system.

I couldn't get this to work on my Visionic system and neither could the engineer who services the system.

Exactly what was required.
Not much to say about the product, I needed some additional keyfobs, they work as intended.There was a logistical problem with the order that the seller resolved, no complaints.

BAD VERY BAD
BAD, VERY BAD! I had to return the remote control because it was not compatible with the central unit of the burglar alarm system! Among other things I'm waiting for the refund and, to return it, I spent € 22!!!!
