BEST GF FLOUR
The best gluten free flour I've ever used in the 16 years I've been gluten free due to wheat allergy. Works great in breads, cakes, banana bread etc. Doesn't taste weird and is NOT grains or chalky. LOVE IT

Coming form the uk, it's the best one I have found, similar to doves free flour. Really good for cakes and cookies

I LOVE KING ARTHUR FLOUR
this stuff is SO LIGHT - i used it alone to make some bread, and that was a big mistake. i used it along with some other King Arthur flour, and the bread came out GREAT, as did the biscuits i made. they were so light they could almost FLOAT. it's a bit expensive, but not so much when it's used along with another good quality plain flour.

The best gluten free flour
Iโve tried a lot of gluten free flours and this one beats them all. Nice texture and flavor. I substitute this in all my recipes, simply using baking powder instead of soda for recipes. Iโve also mixed this flour with almond flour and it works fabulous for frying chicken.

Save money by making your own flour mixture
Since I got this GF flour, I've baked quite a few things with it and they've turned out great. I won't order it again though, because I can get the individual or even substitute the different flours that are in it. It may cost you more in the beginning, but if you can use larger amounts then it would be more economical in the long run. I just bought a gluten free cookbook that is the BEST recipes of this kind, and I'd recommend it to everyone. It's the America's Test Kitchen's gluten free cookbook. They have their own GF flour blends, but I really can't share that... (sorry, I don't want to get into trouble). The blends are costly, but you'll have a copious amount of GF flour to last you quite awhile. It does give alternative recipes using this GF blend, but the results may not be the same. Anyway, the recipes are amazing! If you're craving anything you used to eat made with wheat flour, you'll be able to make it GF... from yeast bread, donuts, chocolate chip cookies, and it goes on, and on ... Another thing I do want to make is...rice flour has a very high glycemic index. If you're concerned about taking in too many carbohydrates you can find other GF flours that aren't so high. I personally use finely ground almond flour, but also use about preferably, two tablespoons of arrowroot flour or cornstarch per cup of almond flour. This will help give stability to your baked goods. I've also found that both King Arthur's and Bob's Red Mill are not ground finely enough. Since I already had these, I whirled them in my food processor to grind them more finely. The larger pieces of almond don't incorporate into batters well and you'll find that everything has an off texture...I found this out the hard way.

King Arthur is always a good choice for me
I like King Arthur for affordable GF all-purpose flours. I love the fact they have both with and without xanthan gum. I do wish the colors and design of the packaging was different between them; it's easy for me when I'm in a hurry to grab the wrong one, but definitely a good option when you need a GF flour for recipes that recommend no xanthan gum.

Do recommend
It is hard to find gluten free anything, of course it's going to cost a little bit more than normal flour but this is at a decent price I have looked multiple places for this . The price is not bad you're getting two boxes. Super easy to use.
