The aluminium meat tenderizer is great for tenderising steak better than the wooden mallet type I was using , it came on time and it's top quality and easy to clean.

This was bought as a gimmick but when it arrived it was used to tenderise a couple steaks and it performed very well very impressed good perchase.

Firsts thoughts on this item it's a beast heavy and unmanageable when I put it to use it tenderised the meat and not only that it made short work of the bone marrow.
