It's good instant coffee compared to a lot of brands out there

I like this coffee and ordered it more than once before and is tasty coffee. Problem it appears the bottles in this batch got battered. Enough dust from worn off crystals is completely enveloping the entire bottle and cannot see any crystals from outside. Withing few minutes of delivery I tried to ask for a replacement product without opening the bottle. Amazon didn't provide any replacement option as it NON RETURNABLE EVEN IF DEFECTIVE and couldn't connect to customer chat in any way for this order. THIS IS THE REASON I AM GIVING LOW RATING. Had to raise issue to Amazon grievance, they took prompt action which had another bottle delivered. SAME PROBLEM. This time I took a chance and opened the bottle and coffee crystals are still majority intact but about partly worn off. Now not sure whether I should order this product in future or not.

I bought it to drink it as plain black coffee but I didn't like it. It's way too much bitter, i previously used continental freeze dried coffee it was way better than this one.

The aroma and the richness of the coffee makes it very special.You can have a strong coffee with or without adding milk.Both tastes great.It's very aromatic.You will get a descent quantity which justifies the price.Affordable yet very tasty.Overall a good quality product.Great to boost energy levels.Highly recommended.
