I love all BGV I just wish they weren’t as costly. I can definitely say they taste good and I didn’t have an issue with being consistent with these.

I am low in Vitamin D and so it was recommended by my doctor to try something like this. I decided to give it a try- and I will say I have been on these for about three weeks and I believe my mood has been better. I definitely want to just try the multi vitamin- but this has been a good start!

I love the taste!I’ve been taking this for about 2 weeks now and I notice a difference.So I had my baby girl a little over a month ago I’ve been feeling very drained, sad etc even before I had her. Since taken this vitamins I feel more energy. I accomplish more through out the day. I’m happier. I love it! I would totally recommend to anyone!Also I breast feed and so I get sleepy pretty often but this vitamins have helped me feel less exhausted

These vitamins are delicious. My only complaint is that I can only have 2. I'm hoping the will . Help with my vit F deficiency. Will follow-up after M.D. appointment in a couple of months.
