Not just for Elite athletes - Anyone who wants to eat all-clean, paleo, nutritious organic chocolateWe live in midtown in New York and we actually found these bites first in a health food store in Chelsea. So excited to see them on amazon.We are not elite athletes - we like eating healthy and working out 2-3 times a week. What I loved about the 3pm Truffles were -- Taste - We are all about taste. These surprisingly taste like a moist decadent chocolate truffle! And given the ingredients this is made of, don't even feel guilty eating the bag.- They are made of 100% clean ingredients and most are superfoods. We would make them at home although not sure if they will turn out so good. But these are so convenient.- They don't have any added sugar or sweetener. I was skeptical at first but the dates sweeten them just right.- I like that they are Plant-based and Organic- They have a slight crunch from the puffed quinoa which is very refreshingWhat I would have liked -- If they had a variety case so I could add to my subscription on amazon. I will buy individual packs until then.- More flavors in chocolate - they are so good!

Yum! These bites are absolutely delectable! I am a nut butter lover- and the peanut butter flavor really shines through in these bites. They have the perfect balance of sweet and saltiness. I also love that the ingredient list is clean- with high-quality, organic ingredients. These will be a regular pre- or post- workout snack option for me!

I crave for a snack (usually unhealthy) in the afternoon and late night. I work out every day and eat healthy but the cravings are sometimes very tough to tame. I was not sure at first when I saw this at my gym because many products like this are either full of bad ingredients or the ones that are healthy taste like cardboard. I was pleasantly surprised - I got the Coffee Truffles from my gym and I must say it just hit the spot. I was waiting for a product like this - thank you 3pm bites for keeping me from falling off the wagon! I buy 5-6 bags (of different flavors) every week at my gym for my afternoon cravings or whenever I get hungry for a snack.Pros –• The Coffee flavor is just the perfect amount of coffee flavor for ease your craving. It is not listed on the bag but it does not have a lot of caffeine in it per my email with the company owner which is good because I can eat it in the evening/night. I was also told that they use 100% organic fair trade coffee. Most other brands out there have a coffee flavor but not real coffee in their products.• Chocolate truffles are very moist and decadent. They have a slight crunch from the puffed quinoa• Peanut Butter is like eating a candy - So moist and slightly crunchy at the same time.• They are all made of superfood ingredients - hemp, chia, flax, quinoa, nuts and seeds• They are 100% clean - made with stuff that is actually in my pantry and I am talking about the healthy section of my pantry :)• There is no sugar or sweetener - It is awesome.• It is plant-based and ORGANIC• I feel full after eating the bites yet very active and energetic because of all the good clean ingredients in them.• The bag is resealable so I can eat a couple of pieces and know the rest will be fresh when I am ready to eat them again.• Best of all, great price for all the above. I am so glad I saw these on amazon. They are cheaper than what I am used to paying for them.Cons –I wish they offered bigger sizes, maybe cases or bulk.Overall, an excellent product that will be on my regular shopping list.
