The sizing isn’t clear if it’s Mens or womens? Can someone tell me which it is.

Hard to tell, I bought mine (male), size 12 and shoes are terribly small, tends to twist on foot because of improper width I think.

Are these Adidas shower shoes made of Croc like material (lightweight) or a heavy plastic material?

Not like Crocs at all. Just slightly heavier than that. The lighter ones are called Cushion Slides, I think.

I wear a women's size 6, worried about the fit?

I ordered these for my husband. They are true to size for him. With it being unisex, not sure for women. I would say you can probably size down one or stay with true size.
