It’s a reliable, efficient cleaning partner that’s absolutely worth the investment!

The vacuum is working alright for two years but the mop action failed within six months probably due to the failure of the water pump installed inside the water tank. The company says that it is not covered under warranty as it is a plastic item. It is a very stupid reason given to avoid replacement. The cost is exorbitant around rupees five thousand. It is very unethical and I am sure it will not stand if I go to consumer forum. But I am an old person and do not have that kind of energy.

💢 I REGRET buying the Mi Vacuum Robot S10. This thing has turned my life into a service center circus. 📅 Bought in Sept 2024. Thought it’d clean my home. Instead, it’s cleaning out my patience and wallet. and within months it turned into a technician’s playground: 🧵 Here’s the nightmare timeline: 1️⃣ Feb: Robo spinning like a DJ & climbing walls 2️⃣ Apr-May: Loud buzzing → Fan motor gone → Paid ₹881 3️⃣ May: Water FLOODING in cabinet → Paid ₹1,827 for new 2-in-1 box 4️⃣ Jun: Not charging. Raised ticket. NO follow-up. Ticket closed. 5️⃣ Jul-Aug: Sensor & charger dock replaced. Still no fix. And also observed that yesterday after technician fixing the charge issue and left, the 2-in-1 box Side PIN is broken — technician says it’s MY fault?! 💀 It’s just 11 months old. Still under warranty. Parts failing one after another. No accountability. No replacement, no escalation. customer support is just looping me with the technician. No senior engineer or escalation path is helping. 🤦‍♂️ contacted customer service pathetic support never buy xiaomi ☎️ Customer care = Just forwarding calls 👨‍🔧 Technician = Spot for learning and hands-on Why should I suffer for a clearly defective product? Who’ll take responsibility if any issues after warrenty? 📢 If this is your definition of quality, I’m afraid customers are losing trust fast.

This is an invaluable tool for a SAHM like me who doesn't like to spend precious time cleaning the floor day after day. This robot vacuum cleaner has made life much easier for me! Pros: Can be programmed to clean areas on a regular basis. Can do vacuuming and 'mopping' simultaneously, eliminating any trace of dust on the floor Responds well to temporary changes in recorded floor plan Responds to pause and resume commands on phone very well Mop pad is easy to use and clean. Comes with a small brush and cutting tool to clean the brush and cut off any wound up hair/ thread/ cord etc. Cons Mopping function is a pretty basic wiping function. Cannot clean up hardened crusts etc. Dirt collection box is quite small and needs frequent emptying. I have personally programmed it to run thrice a week in the busiest areas of the house and twice a week in non-busy areas. Once a week, I use the mop and vacuum function to clear the dust completely and then spot mop the areas that need more attention. It has made keeping my house floors clean a real breeze.

It's a good quality product the application is great the mop function is not useful for me and it leaves marks behind but I was not hoping to use it anyways. I also have the one with the dust collector and I can tell you it is not worth it if you are considering that one go with this one.

Its good but one time we need service please respond some one

Vacuum is perfectly fine, but surprised that mop function is not working within short time of 2 months

This vaccum cleaner is best for price to performance, i got it for 14K & this my first robot vaccum cleaner. review after using close to 2months. Advantages: The device quickly creates map of house, the way it goes around obstacles is very good it is having strong programing. the app is user friendly. as it is a vaccum cleaner it takes away light dust, hair & small particles. Cons: The Mopping is basic or moderate, as it just drags mop pad on the floor the cleaning is not perfect. may be you need to pause it after cleaning every room then clean the mop cloth & reinstall mop cloth which is not user friendly. recommendation: Best for vaccum cleaning, for mopping you can choose if you have very less dust, otherwise for mopping best model is X10+ which has feature to clean mop pads automatically( but this model is not available in India) recommendation to manufacturer: They could have added option to buy accessories in the in the app itself.
