Clarisonic Alpha FIT Men's Sonic Facial Skin Cleansing Brush System

The Alpha fit sonic facial cleansing device for men came very nicely presented. The cleansing device and detachable head were nicely secured inside a clear molded cutout. The charging cradle, USB cable with wall plugin, instructions for use, warranty card and small 1 fl. Oz. tube of facial cleansing are all located under the actual unit in a separate cardboard compartment. It’s recommended that you charge the unit for 18 hrs. prior to using it. Replacement brush heads are available in a 4 pack for around $17.00.Clarisonic has been around for many years (2002) and make great facial cleansing tools. This is a very nice facial cleansing system for guys with or without facial hair and can be used in the shower since it’s waterproof. You have the power button for on/off and another button right above which has 2 modes to choose from (1 shaved or 2 facial hair) so it’s not difficult to figure out. Green indicator light lets you know which mode you are in and it’s very easy to hold onto.Simply apply a small amount of cleanser onto damp brush head bristles, dampen your face, turn the unit on and pick your mode. The unit beeps when you are supposed to switch zones on your face (i.e. neck, nose, cheeks). Gently move the unit across the desired area to be cleansed, don’t push hard or use a scrubbing motion. The bristles move but don’t tangle or catch any hairs so no pulling, more of a sonic action/vibration. When unit is done, rinse off face and gently pat dry with a towel. To clean the unit just use water to get out all excess soap, dry off then place back into the charging cradle or wherever you choose to store it.This unit works extremely well for a deeper clean on facial skin without causing irritations along with gentle exfoliation. The only thing I didn’t like is the very cologne smelling facial soap that came with the unit. Otherwise, it works great and I will continue to use it with a facial cleanser of my own choosing.

Another almost perfect product, but somehow they've designed a cap that has one of the worst designs imaginable. It won't stay on top of this device at all. I've had probably 4 of these and it's been a problem on all of them. Why they can't seem to design a cap that will stay on is beside me. When you're traveling, especially, the cap is very useful to have.

I wasn’t expecting this Clarisonic brush to be such a dud. It only turned on ONE time for me before it completely died.You’re supposed to charge it for at least 18 hours before first use and the light will be a solid green once fully charged…I didn’t charge it for a full 18 hours, but my light was a solid green and I did not want to overcharge the battery.I tested it out after only charging it for a little bit and it worked fine at first.This has a simple two button control: on/ off and mode 1/2. The first mode is for clean shaven faces and the second mode is for beards. This is great for guys as for whatever reason, many of them can’t be bothered with having too many settings or steps to remember when it comes to skin care.Unfortunately the very next time my husband went to turn it on, it was dead. When putting it on the charger, it would intermittently beep and vibrate (as if sending a morse code) and the light would flash orange. Nothing changed over the next day. I was somehow able to shift it into a better position once and the light once again turned into a solid green, but it still wouldn’t even turn on. I have not been able to get it to stop sending morse codes since, no matter which way I shift it on the charging base.

The media could not be loaded. I like that it has 2 power modes for different types of cleaning.I like the bristles are soft yet firm for cleansing.Mode 1 is for clean shaven skin and mode 2 is for beards.I found it really gets well into his beard and not juston top of it giving the skin underneath a good cleaningalong with the beard hair. The bristles do not spin, they rotate backand forth so there is no worry's about his beard getting caughtup in the bristles.I like that this has a charging stand to keep it on our sinkand in reach for his use.I like the color of the machine.I liked that this is rechargeable. No battery waste.I found the charge to be long lasting. I like the chargingcord is attached to the base and they supplied the power plug.I like that it is water proof and can be used in the shower.I like it came with a small tube of face cleanser.I liked that it exfoliated his face well.I liked that it helped clean around the greasy spots on his face.I could tell it helped to improve the circulation in his face.I visibly saw it gave him a glow of healthy skin after use.It is very easy to use and the body of the machine seemsquite durable.I also like that it is small enough to be portable, I just throw itin our travel bag.I have enclosed pictures so you can make an informeddecision based on your own personal needs.Yes, I would recommend this product.

Like the inductive charger and being able to use in shower. Cleaning cream included worked effectively at cleaning my pores. Rinses clean.

Product arrived in a very nice box, and looks to be giftable based on appearance. Everything was secured in its packaging and nothing was broken when opening. The scrubber came already charged and has two different settings (instruction manual says the different settings are for use with/without facial hair, but I couldn't determine a significant difference between settings). So far s single charge has lasted several uses. Package includes a charging station for the scrubber. The cleanser included worked well and helped with exfoliation without causing irritation to the skin. Over all happy with this, the price is a bit steep but it is a nice luxury item designed for men.
