Seitenbacher Muesli Cereal #3 – For Active People – Fruit Mix 16 Ounce (Pack of 6)

This is amazing. I read recently that a lot of oats contain chemicals that are not checked and when tested, US based cereal often uses grain for cereal (like Cheerios) that have high quantities of glyphosate (round up). There is no regulation to check and be sure this is not in the ingredients of our food supply. So anything from the UK, Germany and Switzerland still contain NO round up by products... so overall I love the flavor, the quality of the grains whenever I open the packaging, and the fact that I am not hurting my liver when I am eating food. Note: it is also important to get a water filter which can filter out the metals and pharmaceutical drugs water treatment plants do not filter away. These two factors go hand in hand when considering what we put into our bodies.

Using Seitenbacher Muesli Cereal has given me a filling, nutritious breakfast that feels clean and natural. It looks true to the picture and description. I wondered what all those flakey crunchy stuffs were and then figured this muesli contains barley and corn flakes from the ingredients section; I guess it might be something to keep in mind for those who’re strictly on keto and are looking for something lower in carb! I happened to order this same #3 6-pack twice, because the first one never arrived :/ but I guess it was just a bad luck in shipping and not really about the issue of manufacturers, because the second package arrived super fast!!’

I have been eating this cereal for years--it is healthy and delicious. I eat it with yogurt, soymilk and blueberries, and sometimes add nuts although there is nuts and dried fruit in the cereal. The other Seitenbacher Muesli varieties are less expensive, but thus one is my favorite because of the variety of dried fruit in it.

I love the taste and the fruit bits are just the right amount of sweet but not too sweet. I crave this cereal...will eat ot dry with yogurt with milk or another non dairy milk.

The best thing about this brand muesli is the sense of fullness - they do a good job to curb appetite for hours and are delicious. People might have to graduate to this taste though It's not sweeti I notice some members of my family putting a spoon of honey or packet of sugar or an extra banana but I love it as is. I also don't put any Kind of sugar in my coffee and more often than not just have a French press or from the percolator plain black so that's the background to my tastebuds to give an idea how this is like.

I have ordered this brand and Müsli many time on Amazon. Always coming without any damages, very good quality and tasting. Highly recommended.
