Silicone Bread Sling, Nonstick & Easy to Clean, 2 PCS

These make my sourdough baking so much easier! No more trying to cut the right size parchment paper and then fold into circles and ovals for my dutch ovens. Now I just flip my loaves out of the proofing baskets right onto these, and plop them into my heated pots. The two different shapes are perfect, because I had one oval oven and one round. And I love the reusability too. So glad I got these.

This set of slings has help me to ease my boule or batard into the respect very hot Dutch ovens or clay bakers without any more burned sides of my hands. It prevents dropping of your sourdough into the baking device. Great purchase for me. Very practical!

I had an older sling that was much thinner and was starting to rip. I upgraded to these and they pretty good. These are much thicker than my previous silicon along and they feel like they will last a long time. I love that the “handles” are longer so that they don’t flop into the Dutch oven. They stay draped over the side. I have one complaint. I baked a cinnamon swirl bread using one of these. The bread came out great but the little bit of cinnamon-butter leaked onto the sling and I can not get the smell out. And I can tasted cinnamon on all my subsequent bakes! Admittedly after numerous washes the smell and taste is dissipating and will probably be fine in the future but that was an unexpected glitch.

Serves its purpose for my sourdough. I bought these to replace my other ones that had finally been through enough and ready to retire. These are better quality

Great product to use for making your bread baking easy to lift out of the pan. Each peace was received individually wrapped. It gave directions of washing the slings with a mild soap and water. Directions for boiling the slings up in 400 degree boiling water for 10 minutes, or, I elected to put both of the cleaned slings on a cookie sheet and placed into a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool, and then you are ready to use them. Note that the slings can’t withstand 500 degrees. I’ve baked my bread with them, and they are a perfect addition to my bread cooking regiment. I love these! Im in my bread making era! These silicone slings make it so easy to put the dough in and out of my dutch oven! the non-stick material is great and is very easy to clean and reuse again and again, very durable and strong. Ive used it a few times and haven't had any discoloration or anything. I'm pretty new to making bread it at first glance they seemed small, but they ended up being the PERFECT size for a loaf of bread! I love these instead of having to use parchment paper! 10/10!

Great for making NoKnead bread in a Dutch oven. Have used this three times and see it lasting for a good long while. Bonus is that I’m less likely to burn my knuckles when placing the raw dough into a hot pan
