Worst product ever. Pathetic customer support. I purchased an Enem Vacuum Sealer on March 10, 2026, but today was the first time I opened and tried to use it. Unfortunately, none of the function buttons or the touch panel are working at all. I have already called and sent multiple messages, but I have not received any proper response or assistance from your support team. This is extremely disappointing. I request an immediate resolution—either a replacement or a refund—as the product is clearly defective. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further. An excellent product for Vacuum storage. Pros: Compact, lightweight, durable Easy to use. Performance is very good. I used it to vacuum store the green peas to store them frozen for the year and this product does the work so well it will save my peas from frost formation when stores in plastic boxes. I look fwd to use to seal many food items for my brother who travels abroad. Full moneys worth. This is the second machine I bought, my mother loved this so much she kept the first one for herself.
