This product is prefect,is very useful for my neck. After a day work, it helps me to relax.

This neck massager is lightweight, comfortable to wear, and easy to operate. It offers a gentle but effective massage, and the heating feature adds extra comfort. Battery life has been good so far, and it’s convenient to use at home. Bought it for my mom and she likes it!

I’ve been using the SKG H5 Mini Neck Massager for a few days and I’m honestly impressed. The 6D kneading feels very close to a real hand massage, especially around the neck and shoulders after sitting at a desk all day. The heat function is warm and relaxing without being too hot, and it really helps loosen up tight muscles. I also love that it’s cordless and lightweight, so I can use it while watching TV or even lying in bed. The battery life is pretty solid, and the controls are easy to understand. The design looks modern and premium too.

My neck massager literally broke into two pieces after a little over 10 months of normal use. The product is advertised with a 1-year warranty, so I contacted customer support expecting a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, it has been almost a month since my first contact, and all I’ve received are repeated replies saying they are “waiting for the team to provide an update.” There has been zero progress toward an actual resolution—no replacement, no refund, nothing. This is both a product quality issue and a customer service failure. A device that breaks within a year is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability afterward makes it worse. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this product. Update: A few days after I posted my original review, I finally heard back from customer service. The team agreed to send me a replacement massager, which I appreciate. After about a month of following up, I did eventually receive a new unit. However, upon opening the replacement, I noticed a large stain on the fabric (see photo). The device also makes loud creaking noises during operation, as if it might fall apart at any moment—something that never happened with the original unit I purchased. It’s hard not to suspect that this replacement may be a refurbished or returned item rather than a brand-new product. Although I don’t know how long this one will last, I’ve decided give up.

This item does ok for a neck massage. It does pinch depending where on the neck/head you are trying to work. This touted itself as a full body massage that can be used on the back, legs & calves, however, unless you are really skinny, it can be more painful than helpful on the legs. The back does ok as well if you have it on certain spots, or are sitting "just right". It's difficult to massage out areas of the back that you might need simply because it's primary function is the neck, and it isn't really designed to help with the back. So addressing areas of the back are hard to accomplish with this massager.

Exceeded my expectations. I'm not one to typically use a product exactly how it was designed. This massager is a prime example. My tension and pain is in my mid back and in my rhomboids. I charged this little Diddy right out the box and put her to work. I started with my neck and traps [as designed], but then I moved it to the position I most needed the massage. ABSOLUTE HEAVEN! It's perfectly weighted and strong. My husband is not the help a girl out with a shoulder massage type. This SKG massager feels like infidelity. And for only 20 bucks! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love it! It's strong and that's exactly what I need! I do wish it hit the back of my neck more but not a deal breaker.

I donated all my old massager to consignment store and only use this daily, so compact and portable around the house

Das Gerät hat gutes Design und hat ordentlichen Eindruck nach meiner ersten Benutzung hinterlassen. Ich verwende sie jetzt täglich und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Massagegerät. Die Warmfunktion ist sehr nützlich und das Gerät wird sofort warm, wenn ich den Warmfunktionsbutton drücke. Ich hatte vorher ein anderes Nacken-Schulter-Massagegerät, das mit mehreren drehenden Kugeln arbeitete. Das war nicht so befriedigend. Dieses Gerät ist nicht mit drehenden Kugeln, sondern mit Daumen-Hand ähnlichen Form. Das macht viel besseren Druck auf die richtigen Nacken-Schulter-Stellen. Das Gerät ist zusammengepackt nicht voluminös, was ich auch gut finde. Der Preis ist etwas teurer als anderen ähnlichen Geräte, aber dieses ist von SKG. Ich hatte früher ein Massagepistole von SKG gekauft und das war sehr gut. Diesmal hat SKG wieder mich nicht enttäuscht.

Je n'avais pas trouve de reference sur le modele mini sur internet, mais du coup, c'est vraiment mini, fonctionne mieux pour le bras que pour la nuque.

Bien placer les « doigts » sur le cou et la nuque sinon sensation de poids et de douleurs, une fois cela fait c’est bien.
