There was ZERO electrical output indicating that the electric board was not getting a current! So it proves that this device is faulty. However was I just unlucky and received a once off faulty item? But if that's the case, they clearly WERE NOT Safety Tested! If it were. It would also have an affixed SAFETY TEST sticker! Avoid.
