Works as stated
This stuff works. Be patient though as full results can take over a week. Used it on fence panel which was green with algae. Results? Totally gone in a week. Sprayed it onto moss and algae on concrete area. Results within 24 hours I noticed the concrete was getting lighter as the algae started clearing. It is still working on the moss which is clearly receding and dying. The container instructions state that apply and leave it. That is a true statement but, if you are desperate for a quicker result the stiff broom will assist.

Does work but has issues
Worked well but did leave a white residue on the fence which is still there after rinsing off. Fence only painted last year so disappointing. Used on shed roof not sure that worked so well as there is an oak tree over hanging and moss was a lot worse.

It works
Takes a few days to work but very pleased with the results, would buy again.

Useless
Waste of time and money, did not work after two coats, the second being a fairly strong solution as opposed to the 1 in 10 mix suggested. Had a professional visit with some other cleansing agent and saw instant results, which of course I had to pay extra for. Only needed to treat a wall with moss and black algae staining.

Brilliant
Works, nothing more to add, now on my 3rd bottle in 2 years. See pictures. It removed the horrible green algae (or whatever it was) in a day. I do need to repeat a few spots but the results are obvious

from green to light green...
This barely work, I have followed the instructions but I cannot say that the product works well. I have applied the product many times but there are still algaes on my patio !
