ALLWAYS TEST BEFORE INSTALLING - I recently brought this cable with a view of running it from the down stairs TV position to the bedroom upstairs (so I could play the playstation upstairs whilst the PS is located downstairs). Should have done the correct research first - Despite buying a HDMI booster it still wouldn't carry the signal. Do not buy HDMI over 15m if you need longer buy to 10m & a HDMI booster. There is a reason why a HDMI cable of this length is this cheap 'Our surveys says X'

I ordered this along with a signal booster and splitter to run a digital signal from the livingroom to the spare room of the house.I've not tried this without the booster as of yet to see if the digital HDMI signal can reach 20M through cable alone - opinion on this is split in general so i may try it out and post back. I'd say though, Until I test it, that a signal booster is required with this product.The cable is thick, heavy duty, hard wearing cable and may even withstand exterior use (running down the outer wall of the house). Both end pieces are metal and of high quality and durability.

this cable produced a very noisy picture and had many drop outs. replaced it with a difference cable costing a £ or two more and it was brilliant. don't waste your money on this cable.

Whilst the cable worked for a year with my excellent Neet boosted HDMI splitter (needed for such a long HDMI cable), when I recently had to unplug the cable to move things around, the end came loose. Since then, the cable has not worked. Very disappointed with the quality of the connectors. I expect them to be able to plugged and unplugged more than two or three times!Thinking of trying HDMI over cat6 now. At least the cables are inexpensive if they break...
