The item arrived later than expected but this was due to the delivery service who lost the package magically. The seller was not notified about this until I messaged the seller asking when was the item going to arrive. They immediately sprung into action and chased it with DPD, who explained they had lost the package. The seller then sent another one to me via Yodel who got the item delivered the following day after contact with the seller. The customer service this seller provided was better than Excellent and resolved the issue very quickly, even going to the extent of using a different delivery service. The original package was lost to DPD, no thanks to them. The item itself is great, very good quality and it makes a very good birthday gift to sign. I happy with the product but most of all, I am impressed by the customer service provided for a mistake that wasn't their fault. Thank you :-)

Bought this for my wife’s birthday and it’s a great way of remembering her birthday

Great product. Worth noting the one I received wasn't the one it the picture, it had a black base (someone has posted an imagine further down in the comments). This wasn't an issue for me but wanted to mention here! Otherwise exactly as I wanted.

Great gift idea. I am using it in place of a card to put with a present from a group of people. Much nicer to keep. Love it and will get again for other gifts.

It's a great idea for my birthday meal. Plus it's better than I thought. I seen other but has not good for the price. I deafly recommended this product for anybody having a party/meal than a book.

Birthday girl loved it as its quite quirky. I set her a challenge when I handed it over as I said she had to open straight away and then go an intercat with all her guests to sign it.

Bin so happy über den Kauf. Man kann auch mit normalem Edding drauf schreiben. Ich habe es als Gästebuch verwendet zu meinem 30. Geburtstag und jeder Gast musste unterschreiben. Meine 30. ist nun total bunt und sieht super aus - auch eine schöne Erinnerung, um mich immer zu erinnern, wer alles auf meiner Party war :-)

Muy buena calidad. No demasiado grande. Éramos 35 personas para el cumpleaños y tuvimos que poner una sola palabra por persona para que todos pudiéramos escribir. Pero totalmente recomendable.
