This is one beast of a piece of metal. This is not for the faint of heart, it is heavy, it is solid, it is everything I wanted it to be. If you want a grill top option on a standard Weber grill and you have the desire and ability to deal with it, this is an awesome product.

Nothing like cast iron in combination with a kettle grill. This serve the purpose of protecting the lower portion of grill very well when using a charcoal basket. Hot and cool zone cooking without the fear of oil building up on the bottom of grill. Can also use for a hot plate searing or a quick out door smash burger.

Good materials, well constructed.

After seasoning this thing is the best thing for grilling. I’m very impressed with how well it works in my Kamado grill. Sears steaks beautifully, shrimp and veggies come out perfect every time. Highly recommended. And it’s not made from some cheap metal, it’s built to last. Easily handles temperature of 500 without warping. I bet this thing will last me at least 20+ years.
