## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do the gems fall off or break easily?**
A: Crystals are adhesive-set on the base. Clasp is sturdy. Solid for daily wear, but avoid hard drops to prevent detaching.

**Q: Is it too heavy to wear for a long time?**
A: Looks heavy but super light! Lightweight alloy base with a 2.75" extender. Adjustable fit, no neck strain even after hours.

**Q: Does it fit different neck sizes?**
A: Total 11.02" length with clasp & extender. Wide adjustment range ensures a comfy fit for thick and thin necks.

**Q: Can I wear it while dancing at a festival?**
A: Sturdy enough for normal dancing. However, avoid severe impacts or yanking, as crystals are adhesive-set on the base.

**Q: What if it arrives broken? How to maintain?**
A: Contact Amazon CS for shipping damage. Store in cool, dry place, away from chemicals, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
