Instructions nice and clear, except which way up to fit the mounting plates. Smooth side goes away from the bracket. From start to finish, including turning the plates over, took under 10mins, and it works perfectly. Very happy with the product, it was delivered a day earlier than expected and was simpler to fit than anticipated. Excellent experience.

Needed to replace an old and well worn window opener that came with the greenhouse. Delighted to have found this item as it is almost an exact match to the original. Very easy to assemble and install and looks to be well built. Works well. Overall, a very good buy.

Just a little fiddly to fit but with a little patience worth the effort. Easier to fit if there are 2 of you. Appears to be very sturdy but time will tell! Good buy.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Once it has been installed it is amazing, don't know why I didn't get one before. The issue was installation. I have a Palram greenhouse and I just couldn't get it to fit the window as it was. I had to drill wider bits in one side of the part that clamps to the window and use cropped head bolts and nuts to attach it. Was really fiddly. Otherwise it has been great, I can adjust when it opens a bit by twisting left of right. Bit worred about the unseasonably windy weather recently but it has been fine so far. Will have to disable it in the autumn/winter as per the instructions.

Great product worked well all summer

Easy to fit and has been working well since fitting several weeks ago, very pleased with it.

Isn't it nice when you buy something and it just works. This was really easy to assemble and fit, and works perfectly. We have set it to open at the earliest possible time, as we find that our greenhouse gets really hot. This is exactly what we need, as our mornings are really busy and we would never remember to open the vent before going to work if it wasn't automatic. Worth every penny.

You know what I like? Products that just work. And this is one of them. The fitting is a bit fiddly but it doesn't need to be screwed through anything and just clips on. And once installed, just works. And when it's fully closed doesn't get in the way of using the greenhouse. Good product

L'objet est de bonne manufacture, facile à poser (sur serre Vitavia VENUS) mais par contre je trouve que la charnière s'ouvre un peu vite malgré le réglage (par ailleurs peu précis.) Mais ça fonctionne tout de même fort bien et m'évite de devoir aller ouvrir la serre au moindre coup de chaleur. Donc c'est BON mais pas si vous êtes très rigoureux au degré près. Le souci est que lorsque le soleil tape, même si globalement il ne fait pas encore chaud, la chaleur sur la charnière fait que la charnière s'ouvre...
