Gate brilliant
After a very disastrous lost item and very much delayed delivery of order this gate is so welcome strong and just what I needed After working with the seller who did everything possible to fill my request I’m so happy when they also offered compensation for the delay thank you

Shoddy workmanship
I'm really disappointed with my new gate! It was delivered 5 days late and the craftsmanship is very shoddy. There is splintered wood all over it and no bottom panel like it shows in the picture at all.

Unreliable seller poor quality
We waited an extra 5 weeks for the gate but recieved 20% off the price as compensation. The gate itself isnt brilliant some of the joints are not flush. The arched top is not in the centre. The bottom of the gate was 4mm wider than the top. One of the rear supports is really rough. I havent returned it because its needed due to dogs. Its a heavy sturdy gate so looks good from a distance.

Poor quality
Poorly made. Wasn't fixed together well at all and some bits coming off. Spindles at the top all loose and moving around.

Will fall apart after a few weeks
At the price I was prepared for this to be rough round the edges but the structure of the gate actually coming apart is unacceptable after 2.5 months!!
