I see many comments on thick and curly hair, but how effective is this for very fine textured hair that continues to fall out.

I have fine textured hair and it continues to fall out. This product help me with thr frizz and split ends. But didnt stop the fall out. Try fine hair shampoo. Aveda.

Is this 100% rosemary oil?

It does not appear to be 100% Rosemary oil. However, I do agree with others who responded to this question that the ingredient list indicates it does contain rosemary oil and other essential oils.

Has anyone had really thin hair and then used this Rosemary Oil and have your hair noticeably thicker?

Not really... what this product really does it's this: It leaves your hair in better condition so you dont have to cut it that often, so it is easier to let it grow; its a long term investment

Besides living in Florida, humidity, wind, beach and pool you know what will do to your hair. I love this product. It really seals the hair follicles giving a smooth texture and shyness. Totally worth it for me

My new favorite product for curly hair.

My new favorite product for curly hair. Smells so good - if you like rosemary. Which I do. My curls really appreciate this in the colder temps. I put a small amount of it in my dry curls at night before I "pineapple" my hair. In the morning I often am able to shake it out and go with little trouble or resetting/wetting.
