67-Inch Jetted Bathtub with Heater, Back to Wall Whirlpool Tub

Really love the tub! Installed it on our screened in back porch in Florida. It's beautiful and adds a lot of luxury. Once the plywood packaging was off, it was lighter and easier to move around than I expected - especially given the large capacity. It was easy to adjust height and install plumbing and electrical. The lights, Jets and heater are great and electronics are easy to use. I was surprised to find that the heater will, albeit slowly, actually heat the water up - not just hold the temperature. Nonetheless, I will be adding a second water heater to my home and would recommend it.

Not kidding… this tub changed my life 🛁✨ Ever since I got my Empava jetted Tub my bathroom turned into a spa at home. Hot jets that melt away stress, adjustable massage that hits every sore spot, and seriously relaxing deep soaks every time 🧖‍♀️💆‍♂️ — it’s my favorite way to unwind after a long day. The LED lights and modern design just make it feel luxury without leaving the house.

ZERO STARS!!! WORST COMPANY- DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In trying to remodel my bathroom, I have purchased 4 bathtubs from Empava. Two of the tubs showed up with the wrong tub in the box, one was damaged with missing parts, and the fourth, I was emailed after ordering and taking my payment saying that it was back ordered and that it would arrive 2 months after the original delivery date. As bad as that all is, the worst part is the customer service, or lack of. I have spoken to the rep several times who "promised" to quick ship the missing parts for the damaged tub. I was willing to keep a damaged tub just to get my remodel complete, since getting a new replacement tub proved to be impossible. After waiting 3 weeks I have still not received the replacement parts. I have called and left messages and emailed daily, with no response. I have spent $2600, 4 times, and can't get what | need from this company. My bathroom model is on hold and the contractor is angry for the delays that this company has caused. To say that I wouldn't give this company two cents of my money is an understatement!! How they are in business is beyond me. I have owned a business for 25 years and this kind of customer service is unacceptable on every level. 07/16/2025

Got this tub a couple months ago and installed it this past weekend. I was worried about shipping based on other reviews but I got lucky and mine arrived undamaged. Install was easy and straight forward. Hooked up hot and cold water supply lines hand tight and ran the drain line to an existing drain in the floor.... nothing to it. The sides and front are removable. I installed it in a corner so I took one of the sides off with some basic hand tools. There is no back panel at all. It's also not super heavy so you can move it pretty easily for service and cleaning which I gotta say is super nice. The hardware is kinda cheap...especially the hand sprayer. will probably replace in the future. Jets are powerful and quieter than my old jacuzzi tub. The LED light in this model can't be set at a specific color and just continually cycles thru the entire range, which is not ideal, but it is super spacious. easily has room for two full grown adults. The pillows aren't the best at sticking on but they are comfortable. The bottom is surprisingly not slippery even when wet. Hopefully it holds up well over time.

This tub is amazing! We were skeptical at first because we couldn't look at it in person with buying online, but it was exactly like the picture. We had nos issues with anything being broken upon delivery. It even came in a wooden box that was very well packaged.

We’re going to try to get a fiberglass repair man to fix it. It takes a month to deliver and we were ready for it last week. It’s really nice addition to our master bath. I wished when we ordered it that there had been an option to change the color of the fixtures because the rest of our bathroom has oil rubbed bronze fixtures.

We bought this for our new house build. Haven't used it yet so really don't know for sure, but have uncrated it and it looks great. I'll update the review once we move in and use it.
