Love it!
This little exercise thing has been a lifesaver, I needed something to try to scratch the fishing itch while getting through winter, just something to do with my hands lol. After a few days I did notice my hands and forearm are starting to get a lot stronger and more balanced as I did both sides. Itโs fun and easy and works really well. It sounds like a little jet engine and my kids think the color and lights are cool too

Waste of money
Doesnโt wind. Took it to my Physical Therapist and he couldnโt get it to wind either. Not even a good paperweight. Iโve been staring at it on my counter and went to return it and Iโm one day over the return period

Its such a fun gadget
I use this thing for hours! At first I was really bad with gripping the toy because it was so fast but as you begin to use it you'll feel that your forearm and your grip strength will grow in time. I do not see a difference in wrist strength however but I'm not sure how to measure that really. It's super quick and a great gadget spinner too! would definitely recommend!

Great for therapy.
I used a gyroball while doing OT. It was such a fun challenge that I had to get one for myself. This one is just as good.
