Nordic Ware Naturals Eighth Sheet - USA Made Uncoated Natural Aluminum Commercial Quality Sheet Pan, 1-Pack

Few things are more useful in my home kitchen than a reliable stack of eighth-sheet pans, especially when they’re made by Nordic Ware. I use these most often as mise en place trays for holding measured ingredients and keeping prep organized. Their compact size takes up little counter space, and moving ingredients between work areas is much easier than juggling several bowls or loose containers. They also handle small roasting jobs flawlessly when a full-size sheet pan would be excessive. The sturdy construction and practical size make these useful far beyond traditional baking. Once they’re within reach, it’s surprising how often they become the right tool for the job. This two-pack is a simple but worthwhile addition to a well-organized kitchen. 5 stars.

First it is Nordic Ware! But the size is fantastic. So many uses for me. I use it to heat something small in my Breville Smart Pro, and Great for a small one dish meal for one, reheating a slice of pizza. You dream it, it can be used for it. You need at least two, but I am considering getting a couple more. Two cookies (if you freeze your dough and cook only a few at a time. You just find more uses every day. They live on top of my Breville and I have parchment I fold and use a half sheet in each one, ready for me when I need to use them. As for quality, the Nordic Ware pans are actually the best. I have purchased others, but these are designed for heavy use and are well thought out. I always hand wash although they are dishwasher safe. it is so easy if you use parchment to clean and keep clean. Any size is wonderful of the Nordic ware sheet pans; however, this size to me is very useful. I had no idea I would use and like it as well as I do, The pans do not warp, have terrific even heat distribution, clean up easily, the only con, I wish it had its own rack.

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time for dinner prep by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all. * * I know all toaster ovens are different, but we have the Breville convection oven and 2 of these trays fit perfectly side-by-side. I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are also very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I definitely couldn't get 2 into our Breville if the sides flared out even a little. I've thrown these into the dishwasher, as well as scrubbed them by hand. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

I love these little pans. They are perfect to bake/grill w2 hamburgers and to make cheesy bread for 2. They seemed to be durable, not heavy and they heat evenly.

Seems fine, not heavy duty but not cheap feeling, this should work fine. I appreciate the sizes offered, I was looking for a pan that fit my balmuda toaster a bit better than others I have tried, since the space is limited to begin with.

I love these. They’re small enough to use them as plates for your guests on your barbecue. It says don’t put them in the dishwasher. It can change the color of them, so I’ll just wash them by hand.

This was a big hit. Great value and perfect stocking stuffer (but it can’t actually fit in the stocking. You get it). We use it in the oven and the toaster oven. We have had for 6 months now and it’s great - durable no issues cleaning.

These small 1/8th sheet pans get used almost daily - or anytime I'm making a meal that has food prep. In fact I use them so much I have found myself buying another one, and then another one. This latest is my 4th of the same pan. ;-) While most people use small bowls for food prep, these small sheets have replaced them in my kitchen. I tend to put all the pieces that go into a step together in one of these 1/8 sheets. For example, in the 1st 1/8 sheet I have diced onion, diced carrot, diced celery, in a second one I have sliced peppers, in a third I have cubes of meat, etc. They are also great for fast freezing berries and fruit. I place hulled, washed strawberries that I'm not going to eat now on a sheet, with the berries separated from each other. Because of the small pan size, I can easily find a spot (or spots) in my freezer to fit them. And maybe it's my imagination because I never actually timed it, but they seem to freeze faster on these 1/8 sheets than on the big 1/2 sheet. Once frozen, I put the berries in a ziploc bag to use for smoothies or shakes at another time. Freezing the berries first on the sheets, makes them a lot easier to retrieve when I take them out of the bag in the freezer for later use. And I use them all the time to hold meat or fish wrapped in butcher's paper - just in case the meat or fish leaks. I've also used them for quick marinades of fish filets in milk. Perfect for that task. They are great as a catch-all to prevent leak spillage in the fridge, or counter, or wherever. I haven't used them for baking. Not yet, anyway. The rolled edge should prevent them from badly warping. Let's just say they look at least as sturdy as the 1/2 sheets that are my 'go-to" for baking. Love them. Would recommend.

I never thought I would reach out for this tray everyday. It's become essential for me. This tray is just the right size, easy to grab, light and sturdy. I don't only use it for baking small batches but to hold ingredients while weighing. It does everything that a plate could and I can drop it without fearing breakage. I never knew how I survived without this tray!

Good small 1/8th sheet pans. Ignore the burger nonsense. We use these in the restaurant Silk House Dining in Kent and they are perfect for commercial use. They don't buckle and will last for years.

I use this for burgers wraps and toast sandwiches. They are practical and take up little space. Just don’t put them in the dishwasher if you need them again right away because the water collects under the rim.
