SOLARAY Tongkat Ali 400 mg, 60 VegCaps

I’ve taken a few different ones from other brands, I started with this one and now I’m back to it. This is the one I’m going to stick with. The amount you get for 1 capsule is what I want. Other brands you need a few more, plus the price for the serving size is great. What it does though? Yes all of it, I take it pre workout and I can tell the difference throughout the workout and the rest of the day. Does help with libido as well, give it a few days to be in your system, lock in during workouts. This is a must for my supplement cabinet.

This product was very potent. It definitely impacted my sex drive in a positive way. The only down side is that it raised my blood pressure.

I ordered these because honestly I wanted to attempt to boost my testosterone. For whatever reason over the last 6 months I just feel like it has dropped (I did get it tested but had no reference point so idk). It did seem to help some; because of the side effects I decided I would do weekdays on and weekends off. After taking it for a few weeks and reading more from what other people were saying and because of the lack of any true long term studies I just decided to stop taking it. For me, I decided it's just not worth any potential unknown risks and I didn't want to have the known side effects coupled with people that have shown it's effectiveness long term (thus the need to cycle) being muted it just didn't make sense to take it. How would I know when it was working and when it wasn't? Because the labrum in my shoulder was torn and my shoulder was impinged and I've been doing PT / rehab on my shoulder for the last 8 months; quite honestly life hasn't been as fun.. I've not been able to do the things I've wanted to do. My shoulder is getting better, I'm back in the gym. I want to find a solution to boost testosterone that doesn't involve taking a pill everyday or every weekday. The pills for me were hard to swallow because they're lightweight and would get stuck a bit. They also tasted horrible if they'd get stuck. I won't miss not taking these but I will not be taking them anywhere.

For me, this was more about adding it consistently into a broader health routine instead of expecting instant superhero powers after one capsule. 😄 I also didn’t notice any harsh stomach issues or weird side effects during use, which is important because some herbal supplements can feel rough depending on the formulation. Overall, if you’re interested in trying Tongkat Ali from a recognizable brand with straightforward ingredients and decent formulation standards, this seems like a solid option so far.

I only used this product three days. I felt the increased energy and focus instantly. But I also felt off in my body. Fortunately the first day I took it I had my annual physical and my BP was elevated. I could hear my heart beat in my ears and felt a wave of anxiety in the office. This was maybe 2 hours after taking the first dose. The next day I had a specialist appointment and it was elevated then as well just one hour after taking it. The only change in my routine was this product so it was a no brainer what the culprit was. After I stopped taking it my BP has regulated and I feel fine. It's a shame because Ive had this supplement in my cart for months and finally decided to try it. Three stars only because of the side effect and the fact you can't return it. Not because of the quality or anything else.

The medicine is what good but I want to return because I am heart patient doctor say you can't take this medicine but the dealership not answering me

Best Tongkat ali. 400mg keeps me energetic all day. Take after breakfast and helps me weight training mornings or Afternoons

Noticeable boost in libido within 24 hours... would recommend to cycle it or only take every few days
