Product came in good condition. Cord is long enough, barrel gets heated pretty quickly, does not feel heavy and i found it easy to handle. But there's one issue , the clamp and stand also gets heated a little bit with barrel ,which is manageable if curler is switched off after 4-5 seconds of heating. Overall decent product in this range .

The product is good in initial use. However the curler gets stucked after using for 2-3 times. When we click the direction buttons, the curler doesn’t rotate and gives the sound as if something is stuck inside. I raised issue with the Agaro customer care and got my product replaced as it was in warranty. However the new product also got damaged after using once and I’m facing the same problem with the curler not rotating inspite of pressing the direction buttons. The company should modify this product as the manufacturing of this product is not good.

Product is great ! At this price, the build quality is good as well. The ergonomic design, the heat control and the self rotating barrel works fine. Although product had trouble with the rotating barrel after a few uses, but support team at Agaro is very efficient. Prompt resolution was provided and a new device was delivered with no questions asked. Really impressed with the after sales services by Agaro.

Best product in budget range, few days ago my lil sister dropped the curler it suddenly stopped working but then the replacement and customer service is on point and was done in a week

Very bad . After 3-4 uses it stoped working . And the curls will not last even 1 hr after using setting spray too..and when I filled the complaint there is no respond 👎👎
