Love em. Look a bit different, warm and comfortable. Waterproof to an extent, after proofing, but as a snowboarder, on the floor a bit more and pressing on the ground to get up annoying skiers, I did find they could get damp. Still stayed warm though. Proof every trip at least I suggest.

Got to be the best value all leather ski gloves out there! Add in the fact they're warm but not atall sweaty, and it might not come as a surprise that these are my fourth pair (I lost one & the elasticated cuffs on the other two worked loose), starting about 10yrs ago after seeing a US video review on YouTube. The only two downsides of the 900 series ones is how stiff they are initially (due to the solidity of the cowhide style leather!) & the lack of a wrist loop (unlike the v.similar but black coloured 901 series). I attached boot laces to the loops (fixed near the wrist part of the glove) with spring toggles to adjust their length. But at this price, to get a super solid all leather glove at a fraction of the price of Hestras, who can complain!

Great pair of gloves. Replacing my long lasting ones I bought 5yrs ago in America. Can’t wait to wear snowboarding in the next couple of weeks

These gloves are great! Kept my hands warm and dry in -30C. Perfect for laying trenches on the snow where your palm has to drag. Added my personal touch for uniqueness. Appears to be very tough against tow-ropes and tree branches. Sizing is just perfect too. Make sure to bake and seal with beeswax or an equivalent product for ultimate water proofing.

First of all, make sure you wax these mittens if you plan to be in the wet or snow - I'm wondering if some of the complaints I see missed that step as a good wax will keep your hands a lot warmer. These mittens get used for ski patrol work in the PNW near Seattle where it usually doesn't get below 0 degrees so I can't really speak to those complaining about the warmth in sub-zero temps but for setting up rope lines all morning in dumping snow and/or rain they are the warmest durable work mittens I have found. The glove-like liner is actually very useful when doing work that requires manipulating your hands as it keeps the mitt from bunching around. Also, the inner liner is somewhat permeable and is separate from the leather outer so you do get a lot of the mitten advantage in warmth though maybe not as much as otherwise. Again, I can't speak to the really cold climates but for for skiing and doing ski patrol work in the PNW this (waxed!) mitt has been amazing.

Brought it with discount. Been use it for snowboarding. It is really worth for the money cuz I do carving a lot in snowboarding. It is still working. No any damage after a year. You can also put wax on to the gloves
