This wig is amazing! it's very thick, it's long and glorious, I wish I could wear it everyday! I bought it a) because I love wigs, and b) to be Princess Merida for the office Halloween Costume Contest, our department will dress up as "the Disney Princesses Gone Bad" We are gonna win...... The hair feels awesome, I haven't tried to brush it out or pic it yet, but i did soothe it with my fingers and curl it back that way and it worked pretty well. You can poof it out more if you want, i tried that and it worked as well. The wig came with a black mesh wig cap. There are no clips or combs in the cap of the wig, the parting section looks huge, if that's what you're into, I haven't tried that yet. I haven't noticed any shedding, which is sometimes a problem with less expensive wigs, but the most expensive wig I've ever purchased was $35 and I've had some good luck so far! The color is right on and is, in my opinion, a natural copper/red. If you want a fun, beautiful, full copper/red wig, get this one. It's worth what I paid and more! **also, The wig did not have any funny smells or anything like that. It got here on time, it came in a resealable ziplock bag with the mesh wig cap. ENJOY!!

We purchased this wig for a Merida costume based upon other reviews here suggesting it's a decent buy. After getting the package and trying it on today - It is an amazing wig, especially for its value. The photographs are true to image and color is spot on. It's wildly curly, a bit messy at the crown, but has lots of body. It came with a simple net wig cap. The length reaches lower back, and matches very well to the movie in style and color. Having purchased wigs from various other sources, I'm really happy with this purchase. A wig with this length and curl could easily run $50+ elsewhere.

This wig worked perfectly for my performance. It’s definitely not tangle-free but it was easy to manage with a spray in synthetic wig conditioner to tame the curls. I was able to wear it through 4 dress rehearsals and 3 performances without any issues. It’s VERY full and looks realistic enough for the stage, most of the audience was shocked when they realized it was a wig after the show because of how well it stayed on while running around and dancing for the whole performance in it. Also, the color is absolute perfection for Merida.

This was for Halloween and it came in a vacuum sealed bag. I thought it was jerky or something before I realized but it fluffed up into a glorious do! It was durable and comfortable. I kept it on for hours. It’s still curly after sitting in my closet for 3 months. The color is a good, vibrant red. I can’t speak to shedding because I was pretty careful with it but it hasn’t dropped any strays. I would say I got more than my money’s worth.

Slightly lighter-color than pictured. Arrived flat in a vacuum sealed bag with a wig cap. Curls looked natural and varied in size! Some were bent/kinked or tangled weird and I would have liked to re-style with heat. There were not as many curls on the top of the head like the picture, which kind of drew attention to there not being a part in the center. I have a larger head and despite slicking back my hair and using the wig cap this still did not cover the back quarter of my head. I ended up wearing it down instead of styling an updo. Overall this worked fine for my costume and was definitely a step above something from Walmart.

Actually, I love it. I needed it for a play. The hair is gorgeous. It’s very full, long, and curly. It doesn’t have that fake-y plastic shine like a cheap Halloween shop wig. I feel like it’s taking quite a beating in my play and it keeps on going and still looks beautiful. The hair line is the only part that I don’t love. It’s kind of the giveaway that it’s a wig, BUT you can fluff up the hair on the scalp and pull some of it forward over your forehead to make it look better. If you need a Merida wig or a curly copper hued wig without spending a fortune, this is the one. Go for it!

The under layers were beautiful and long, gorgeous curls. The top layers, it’s like they were made from completely different hair. Short and frizzy. The hair line was SO BAD and bulky that it couldn’t even be covered with a bandana. Weird peak towards the back top of the head. There was no way to get this to work and my daughter and I tried everything. Event is tomorrow and I have nothing…I should have tried on earlier. And the return window is closed so it’s completely wasted money on the worst wig I’ve EVER seen.

Perfectly acceptable cheap wig, plastic-y to the touch, but looks pretty good when on. Wore for a costume at a festival and several firends told me in earnest that I should consider it -_-
