I have used many different sleeves rehabbing my knee (meniscus and MCL), from velcro strapped metal re-enforced to neoprene to fabric pull ups. I am nearing the end of rehabbing a knee injury from 2 years ago that nags at me in the cold weather during longer distances. I am 3 years removed from my last marathon and started to train for my next marathon. I have been using a 7mm neoprene sleeve on and off most recently but I felt it was too restrictive/thick for the longer distances I was going to be looking at soon. I was ready to get something thinner for longer distance running that would keep my knee joint warm in the northeast winter running season and offer some compression/support as well.Pros:- This thing stays up. Most (even velcro strapped) knee sleeves fall down on me and I am pulling them up as I run. I found this one to stay up the most of any I have used while running and though once in a while I pull it up a bit it is the best so far.- It allows my knee full function and movement without any restrictions.- It has minimal to no bunching in the back of the knee.- It is comfortable to wear all day and forget it is on at times.Cons:- It is very thin. So if you are looking for something with more compression/support you will be disappointed. I would say it is on the border of just thin enough to give some feel of compression/support but certainly not something I would use for any real/significant compression/support.Overall the CopperHealth sleeve works great for its intentions. I am happy with it and will use it often as an all day/long distance knee support sleeve. I've even worn this as an underlayer and slipped sock/fabric type sleeves over it to add warmth and additional compression.

Overall I am pleased with this. I am in my 50's and I already wear calf compression sleeves on both legs. I walk on average 5 miles a day at work, so they help out a lot. A few weeks ago, I started having issues with my left thigh. I would wake up in the middle of the night, to some severe pain. I thought I pulled the muscle, and tried the whole ice it down, then use heat or an ointment. And of course lots of ibuprofen. Well, after a good week of that, it didn't get better, and I noticed that the pain felt more like my hamstring than a thigh muscle pull. Now, I've seen the commercial's for the 'other' copper sleeves, but the reviews on those were not that great. The reviews on this one however, were a lot better. I measured accordingly, and got the right size. It goes on easy, and stays in place all day. I wear it for about 9 hours a day until I take it off, and it doesn't bother me, and it stays in place. Now, I am not saying that this has helped me, BUT since I have been wearing this I have not had any issues and I have not had any more pain in my thigh or my hamstring. So, for me it has worked and I am happy with the product. Just remember, you only get one, which will work on either leg, and measure above the knee, not on the knee. Mine fits PERFECTLY..

Very comfortable to wear and does not fall down. I really like the fact that it is light because the heavier weight knee braces hinder movement. This one does not. I used this on my knee which is scheduled for a knee replacement in a couple of months. This sleeve is helping to keep the knee warm which reduces pain. I think I am going to buy a second one.

The pictures on amazon show 2 legs with them on. When i ordered them I thought there would be 2 in the package. However there was only 1 received. I was disappointed but put the one on. It brought such great relief that I had to order another one. Upon looking at the ad closer I found the word "single ". It pays to read closer to the advertising of an item. This product is very thin and no one knows you are wearing it. I have been able to wear it all day with no discomfort. Just great relief. It is probably better to order just one as you get a 50% off coupon on your next purchase. I now have 4 of them so I will be able to wash one set and have a set to wear. As for washing they really don't get dirty when you wear long pants. I have a body full of arthritis and my knees really hurt a lot. This product has brought great relief so far and am very satisfied.

I've now ordered an elbow sleeve, a knee sleeve, and shorts to help my hip. I am very happy to say that the commercials about these products are not just "hype" at all. They really work, do everything they claim and more. I can't quite believe how much my pain (from life long RA -- since age 8) is reduced. I've been very worried about my replaced hip breaking, and now I feel so much safer! These work better than any over the counter pain reliever. I really can't recommend the line highly enough. I'll be getting more. Do not hesitate -- if you have any joint or back trouble, you absolutely need this, and you will be so happy that you ordered it!! I totally guarantee it. I've never written a review like this in my life.

I'm wearing it now, in fact. It has really helped with the tendentious I gave myself using my computer mouse at a bad angle. I mean, that was serious pain, and I'm a tough girl. Reaching for things like a gallon of milk in the fridge was impossible. The pain in the top of my arm was unbearable. Ergonomics is no joke. But once I resolved the issue with how I was sitting and using my computer, my elbow still hurt and the top of my arm was on fire. Tennis elbow, the doctor said, or in my case, Mouse Elbow. I ordered this sleeve and hardly ever take it off. It keeps that poor elbow warm and gently supported. The copper keeps the sleeve from smelling funky. This has really helped me.

I have some serious knee issues and very bad arthritis and the copper sleeve made a huge difference for me. It is comfortable and allowed me to travel and get around through airports while traveling!

I measured my knee (16 inches) prior to placing my order. After wearing them a few days I discovered my legs were swollen and were hurting so had to stop wearing them - two weeks later and my legs are still swollen. So I spent $50 on something that is giving me greater problems. I need a larger size.

Hello.If you wish to get some muscle relief and reduce the soreness of joint pain then this is the product for you. This is a great product for under jeans and trousers and I wear them like socks everyday and forget about them and when I take them off at night . I do feel the benefit and there is less soreness . Like socks though , what ever size you fit, they do slide down, they have put a line of Silicone Gel at the top of the sleeve to try to help with this problem, which I'm sure is the same for similar products. I know this product wouldnt be worth anymore than £10 without the copper promotional element and the 50% discount doesn't not work. Tried ordering the second sleeve with the discount voucher and no code was given.This product works for me, but it isn't a brace and won't support a weakness of the knee . The copper part of this product, I'm not sure about and if I was to test this product in a lab I'm not sure you would have the advertised amount of copper in it anyway. I bought this product based on good reviews, which again if I researched I might find are not all real people with real problems , too much marketing jargon in some reviews to be believable . I'm in sales so I know . But if there is a improvement my joints due to the copper magical properties I will update this review after a month or two. If I don't update, you can make your own conclusions.Oh and I have just received my voucher 10 days after. Too late for me, Copper-Health should not need to send the voucher through a follow up letter. Code should be on the voucher in the packet you receive ad.

The advertising is a little misleading as I thought I was ordering a pair of knee supports, not just one, although it does say 'single' in small letters by the picture of 2 knee supports and the description says 'supports' not 'support'. Very comfortable to wear but not a massive amount of support if you have particularly painful knees.

My husband has had various knee operations over the years - cartilage, anterior cruciate ligament and now has the beginnings of arthritis. He exercises and is generally healthy but his knee always has a dull ache and at night he says it is bad so has been putting a knee guard on which he said helped a bit with the ache. We did some research and found copper-health. We ordered one to start as he was a bit sceptical. It arrived a week ago and his first nights sleep in a long time was pain free. He was thrilled (still a bit sceptical) but continued to wear it during the day. One week later and he hasn’t taken it off, apart from showering, and says his knee feels so much better. The dull ache has gone and he is sleeping better. It is comfortable and thin enough to wear under clothing. We will definitely be buying more and I might even try the gloves to wear at night as I have the beginnings of arthritis in my hands. Copper-Health is a fabulous product so far.

I was a bit hesitant first to order the copper knee support as I have bought some other copper knee supports that don't stay on properly but I decided once again to order these and I am glad I did,they don't move and my knee pain is much better wearing these.I will surely tell friends & family about copper knee support.Packaging was good and they were delivered next day.Thank you.

Have been having trouble with my knee since having a cartilage repair done last summer. Will probably need a knee replacement in the future. Had recently bought a knee support which is very bulky and didn't fit under my trousers for work. Found this one on Amazon, read some of the reviews and thought I'd give it a go. Ordered it on Wed 22nd March, due for delivery on Sat 25th March, it arrived on Friday 24th March. Have only been wearing it for a few days but am already feeling the benefit. My knee is still quite swollen so I ordered a Large, fit is good. I can wear it under my trousers and you can hardly see it. Have been wearing it all day (but not sleeping with it on) and don't even notice am wearing it. I'm very happy with this product already. Would highly recommend it.

Grade 4 Arthritis in both knees, this seems to take the ache away and owing to the lightness very wearable. I have a huge collection of knee braces....by far the best

Knee support is very comfortable to wear. . very light.I bought this knee support if it helps my osteoarthritis. I have only used it for three daysso I can't say how much it has help me..I can feel little less pain.I hope it works and ease my pain.

I bought the XL size on Friday and it arrived Saturday (excellent service). So far I have worn it twice whilst doing two 5k runs and once whilst doing a Grit Strength class. I am just starting with runners knee and whilst wearing the support sleeve I felt no aches or pains. The support sleeve stayed in place and did not fall down and was comfortable to wear.

I'm very pleased with the sleeve and would recomend it, the sleeve is very comfortable and has in the 2 weeks i've been wearing it reduced the swelling in my knee.

Have used this knee sleeve for a week now and it does seem to reduce the pain in my cartilage damaged knee. It is very comfortable and has not been an issue in very hot 25C plus days. I'm so impressed that I've ordered 2 more so I'll always have a washed one available.

Excellent product can be worn all day without discomforting or rucking. Not had it long enough to see any improvement on knee but does give required support.

I put this on for a few days and it seemed to help,I then forgot to put it on one day and relized how much it was helping,so I would difinately recommend one

So far so good - I am 6'2 and it fits well above my knee to half way down my calf - it is thin and unobtrusive under clothing. I have worn it for long periods without any discomfort or irritation. I am wearing it as I have bursitus on my knee and it seems to be helping the pain but I'm no expert!!
