It is a cute machine and the perfect size for smaller kids. The design is adorable. Mine did come with a spelling error on one of the stickers. Machine does NOT charge. Either needs to be plugged in to the included usb cord or insert batteries. It came with a good bit of little prizes. Simple use like a normal claw machine game. Only operates if you insert the included “coins”. Sound can be turned down but not off it seems. Lights can be turned off. Does make a ticking noise when it’s all the way over. Over all I’d recommend it.

It’s about the size of a small tabletop machine — tall enough for kids to play comfortably, but compact enough to sit on a dresser, table, or playroom shelf without taking over the space. Super easy to set up. I put it together in just a few minutes no complicated steps. It’s surprisingly sturdy. My toddler has been very “hands-on” with it, and it’s held up great. The unicorn theme is adorable. The bright colors and little toys make it feel magical. The claw actually works. I was worried it would be too weak, but it grips the toys way better than I expected. Perfect for playdates. The music and lights make it extra exciting, and it kept the kids entertained longer than I expected. What I didn’t love: The music is a bit loud, but thankfully there’s a volume setting lifesaver. Overall,. It’s fun, cute, and keeps the kids busy without me having to hover. Purchased for my 4 year olds birthday and it was a total hit! For the price point I think it’s a great buy. The main reason I purchased this one was because of the claw itself. Compared to other claw machines, this one has a claw that is motorized and moves with the joystick compared to others that have to be manually moved with 2 sticks. I appreciate the sound settings can be adjusted and it can be battery powered or plugged in. There was no assembly required and I also like that this came with a ton of prizes and even the coins that she loves to put in as if we were at a real arcade. It’s super cute and easy to pull out and then put away. I would say the quality isn’t the highest but for an at home claw machine at this price point I’m not too disappointed. I won’t let her pull this out with other friends unattended as I worry about them being to rough with it but she does great solo. Overall, this was such a fun and unique gift that she absolutely loves! We have all taken turns with it and I love that it keeps her occupied for long periods of time with no screens involved.

This was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old daughter. She loved it, but the claw mechanism stopped working the same day. I worried this could happen when I read other reviews. She likes the toys that came with it and doesn’t want to return it for that reason. I will find a cheaper claw machine she can use instead. Not worth the price they charge at all. UPDATE: I was able to fix the problem the next day. If anyone else has this problem, I unscrewed the four screws in the four corners of the top of the machine. It appears the chain holding the claw gets into a twist. I turned off the machine and set it on its side with the top open. I pulled the chain gently from side to side and untwisted it inside the claw. Then I turned it back on and the claw mechanism retracted to the top like it should. Also, her machine only moved in 2 directions (side to side). After I fixed it, the claw moves in all four directions: side to side and front to back.

Initially I was disappointed that it seemed small BUT it was absolutely awesome and my 7 year old niece as well as her 3 year old sister loved it. The lights were very pretty and sounds were like being in an arcade but not disturbingly loud. The adults loved it too.

Works great and super entertaining.

USB cable came smashed and completely unusable. I know these are cheap to replace, but I’m glad I noticed before my child tried to plug it into a wall adapter. Total safety hazard.
