If you want a good muscle pump for your arms, legs, chest...then these will do that for you!
These are pretty good resistance bands for the money. They seem to be pretty well made. I have used them extensively for the short period that i have had them, so far so good. I ordered the Blue and Red set however the single band resistance in both is not enough for me, i will probaby have to order one or two bands up a size. So yeh, if you're in the market for resistance bands then these bands will get you pumped for sure. I would buy again.

Ordered bands with 80lbs of resistance,they have barely 20lbs ,not impressed at all
