Nice feel and value for your money
I really like this lotion for it's feel, size of the tub, and value for your money. It feels smooth and absorbs quickly. I don't feel sticky after using it, just moisturized. I even got into bed a minute after using it with no residue transferring to the sheets. Like others have said, yes, it has an odd smell. But I've tried many chemical exfoliants before, and they all have that odd smell similar to this if the concentration of acids is high enough. So the smell wasn't as shocking to me as it was for others, and it dissipates after a few minutes. The tub pump design is nice and provides the perfect amount in one pump to cover my upper arm. I have KP on my upper arms that I use chemical exfoliants to help control. I'll provide an update on this lotion's effects after I've used it for a while.

EFFECTIVE Body Exfoliant! :)
I originally bought this to use on my legs after shaving to prevent ingrown hairs since I saw it’s a gentle exfoliant but also moisturizing. I didn’t want to waste my Glycolic acid serum (that i use on my face) on the rest of my body lol.Since getting it, not only haveI used it on my legs but pretty much my entire body. I have many scars on my upper back from acne and picking. This lotion has significantly improved the appearance and overall condition of my skin- my legs, my back, my arms, (even my bikini area but SSSSHHHH). **I highly recommend this to anyone with body acne, KP, combating ingrown hairs, or just looking for a full-body exfoliating lotion.**Regarding the “smell”, it’s literally just a medicated, clean-formulated product. It obviously doesn’t smell like cupcakes and cashmere LOL. it’s a medicated product, used to medicate the skin. if you want to smell nice, use a scented body oil after applying this lol. regardless, the lotion gets absorbed into your skin super fast so by the time it’s all absorbed you won’t be smelling like anything.the lotion container is a big tub with a pump, pretty great in my humble opinion.genuinely very happy with this purchase and i will definitely be repurchasing once im done with this one.i hope my review helps someone :)

IT WORKS, and fast!
I will start by saying: I very rarely write reviews. I bought this because I have always had rough knees in spite of religious moisturization and exfoliation. Recently my elbows have also become super rough which really bothered me. So I figured I’d try an exfoliating lotion. Why not? I bought this and put it on my bathroom counter and put it on in the morning and evening, I just did it quickly after brushing my teeth. It has been less than a week. LESS THAN A WEEK. My knees and elbows are both so soft already! Honestly I’m blown away. 10/10. Yes the smell isn’t the most pleasant. But it dissipates quickly and the effectiveness is worth it.

Works great on my dry heels.
This arrived yesterday and I used it on my hands and feet before I went to bed. Product works great! My heels were very dry and nothing was working. I would have given it 5 stars but the smell of the cream is not good. Really not good. I wish they made one with fragrance. I will continue to use it, but ick.

Awesome
I recently started using Advanced Clinicals Body Lotion Skin Care Moisturizer (16oz) with 10% Glycolic Acid + Lactic Acid, designed for KP (Keratosis Pilaris), and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. Here’s a detailed review based on my experience:Packaging and First ImpressionsThe lotion comes in a large 16oz pump bottle, which is both practical and easy to use. The pump makes dispensing the product super convenient, and the bottle itself is sturdy and clearly labeled, giving off a clinical, professional vibe. The design is simple but effective, making it clear that this product is focused on delivering skincare results rather than being overly flashy.Upon opening, I noticed the scent right away. It’s subtle and fresh, with a mild clean fragrance that isn’t overwhelming or overpowering. It doesn’t linger on the skin too long, which is great if you prefer something more neutral.Texture and ConsistencyThe lotion has a creamy yet light texture that spreads easily on the skin. It’s not too thick or greasy, which I appreciate, especially when using a product on larger areas like the arms or legs. The absorption is quick, and it doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind. My skin feels smooth and soft after application, and it stays hydrated for several hours without needing to reapply.Effectiveness on Keratosis Pilaris (KP)The main reason I purchased this lotion was to tackle my KP (Keratosis Pilaris), which causes rough bumps on the back of my arms and thighs. I’ve tried several products in the past, but I have to say this one has made the most noticeable difference. The 10% Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid in the formula are exfoliants, and they work effectively to loosen and dissolve the rough, bumpy texture caused by KP. After just a few applications, I started to see a visible improvement in the smoothness of my skin. The rough patches have softened significantly, and the skin now feels much more even and hydrated.Exfoliation and Skin TextureThe glycolic and lactic acid blend provides a mild but consistent exfoliation, which helps to slough off dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. I didn’t experience any irritation or redness (which can sometimes happen with acids), and after continued use, my skin feels significantly softer and smoother. I’ve also noticed that the bumps on my arms and legs have visibly reduced, which is a huge win for someone with KP.This product works gradually over time, so it’s not a quick-fix solution, but after using it consistently for a couple of weeks, I definitely noticed improvements. The exfoliation is gentle but effective, and it leaves my skin feeling fresh and refined.MoisturizationOne of the standout features of this lotion is its moisturizing ability. The combination of glycolic and lactic acids, along with the other ingredients, helps hydrate my skin without feeling heavy or greasy. My skin feels plump and hydrated throughout the day, which is particularly important for me, as I have dry skin in addition to KP.I also noticed that my skin doesn’t feel as tight or dry after showering, a problem I sometimes face with other exfoliating products. The moisture it provides helps balance the exfoliating action of the acids, leaving my skin feeling soft and nourished without being stripped of its natural oils.Usage and ApplicationI’ve been using the lotion about once a day, applying it to the affected areas after showering when my skin is slightly damp. I focus on the rough patches on my arms and legs, but it works well on the rest of my body as well. The lotion is non-greasy, so it’s perfect for using in the morning before dressing, as it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any residue behind.I’d recommend starting slowly if you have sensitive skin or have never used exfoliating acids before. Maybe start by applying it every other day to see how your skin reacts. Over time, I’ve increased usage without any irritation, but it’s always best to listen to your skin.Value for MoneyAt 16oz, this product offers a good value for the price. You don’t need to use a lot per application, so the bottle lasts a decent amount of time. Given how effective it has been at improving the texture of my skin and reducing KP bumps, I feel it’s definitely worth the investment.ConclusionOverall, I’m very impressed with Advanced Clinicals Body Lotion Skin Care Moisturizer. The 10% Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid combination works wonders for exfoliating and smoothing out the rough bumps from Keratosis Pilaris, while also providing much-needed hydration. The lotion has a gentle yet effective formula, absorbs easily, and doesn’t leave a greasy residue, making it perfect for daily use. It’s a great choice for anyone struggling with KP or those who want a smoother, more refined skin texture. If you have Keratosis Pilaris, rough, bumpy skin, or just want to improve the texture of your skin, I highly recommend giving this product a try. It’s affordable, effective, and offers noticeable results with consistent use. I’m definitely planning to continue using it as part of my regular skincare routine!

Stinky, sticky!
I really don't know how it works or if it works. The first time I put it on my arms, the smell almost made throw up. Not so much the Retinol, but Glycolic. On top of that it dried sticky and was sticky all day. YUCK! Returning.

Moisturizing but
Moisturizing but I'm not loving the scent. It's very unpleasant.

Love this cream for dry bumply skin!
Absolutely love this exfoliating moisturizer! I have always had very dry skin, and have developed KP along with other skin issues in my 40s due to medications. I've tried shea butter, cermaides, eczema creams, amlactin, you name it... the best of those only ever minimized the issues, but my skin still felt bumply and parched. But this cream is amazing! It hasn't done much for the KP (nothing actually cures that), but has smoothed out and richly moisturized the rest of my skin issues, and even started shrinking some of my skin tags and dermafibroses. It feels thick and luxurious (the lotion, not my skin) and goes on buttery smooth, and absorbs quickly. If you apply too much, it will feel a little sticky, but just adjust how much you use the next time. It spreads really easily and soaks in fast, so a little goes a long way. Some reviews have mentioned an unpleasant odor - it's subtle, but it's just the natural scent of the active ingredients (glycolic + lactic acid), not any added fragrance, and it doesn't linger more than a moment. One word of caution - if you're new to lactic or glycolic acids, start slowly (like every few days) to avoid redness and irritation. You might also have areas that 'peel' as the exfoliant works to smooth things out. Just keep a second good moisturizing lotion on hand to apply on thinner or more sensitive skin, even long term. I wait about 10 minutes after using this glycolic cream, and then put a second moisturizer on my collarbone and neck to avoid any irritation. You also need to be careful about using sunscreen, because this cream can make you burn more easily!Edited to add: great price for this size container! And the combination of pump top / removable lid is SO handy.

I got 2 Glycolic instead of the combo
It’s legit and good product, my only issue is I ordered Vitin C & Glycolic but I received 2 glycolic!

Fantastic for getting rid of those tiny red t
I have been using this on my legs as I have had these red spots due to KP for a very long time. Since buying, I have used this everyday and I am very pleased with the results. I have been using this for under two weeks. This cream 100% gives results, but you do need consistency. In terms of moisturising, its kept my legs feeling very soft till the end of the day. Now the scent does have a slight sour smell but to be honest its not noticeable and you only smell it when you put it on, it doesnt linger. I think for the amount you get and for what it does, I think its good value for money. I am just happy that I have found something that works for my skin! Its a large tub with a pump so it's very easy to use. Will definitely want to try out the other range from this brand.

Very moisturising
Doesn’t smell great, but that’s because there’s no fragrance, so good for you. But it is VERY moisturising. Love that. Leaves my skin dewy soft.

Effective but scent is not great
A good sized container. It’s effective, I notice a brighter more radiant complexion with consistent use.It is an active and quite strong so may cause mild stinging sensation if you have any broken or irritated skin. Probably not ideal for sensitive skin.Only issue is the scent is not pleasant. It is not a strong smell but does smell slightly chemical.
