100% Recommend
Just got these today, and within the first hour of using them I could already tell they were worth the money. The active noise cancellation works surprisingly well and makes a huge difference in a noisy environment. The sound quality has been great so far, and overall these earbuds feel like a high-quality product. The hooks help keep them secure, so they stay in place and donโt fall out easily, while still being comfortable to wear. The Soundcore app also works great, and my firmware was already up to date right out of the box. I live in a noisy household, so good noise cancellation is a must for me. I mainly plan to use them for college lectures and music, and based on my first impressions they seem like theyโll be perfect for both. They do a great job reducing distractions so I can focus. Very impressed so far.

VERY Nice!
These earbuds are excellent! The sound quality is very nice and the noise cancellation is descent. Iโm blown away by the battery life! I like the over-ear hooks. They are soft and comfortable and keeps the buds in place. For me, they are much more comfortable and stay put better than Apple AirPods. At this price point, it was a superb purchase. Iโm considering buying a second pair for the office.

Does everything it needs to do VERY WELL and doesnโt sacrifice anything for useless features.
First time pair is easy, and then after that it connects to your phone instantly as soon as you take them out as it should be. I keep one earbud in for my entire 8 hour shift and itโs not even dead by then. Iโve had these earbuds for like 2 weeks now and I donโt think Iโve even charged the case yet the battery life on these things is LEGENDARY!!! The sound quality is truly amazing. Iโm no audiophile but I do enjoy music that kinda requires good sound quality for the song to sound good like rap music and EDM and it makes my music sound AMAZING. The bass is good by default but you can even turn the bass up in the soundcore app. And the sound cancelling is really good to and thereโs even a wind sound cancelling mode that actually works very well it makes my outside smoke sessions VERY immersive and itโs ALWAYS windy where I am because I live on the coast. And the fit is amazing I put on the large ear rubbers and they go in and never come out because of the little hook. Another thing is that Iโve had a 200 dollar pair of hook earbuds that after long use made the top of my ears where the hook rests start to itch and form a crust. This earbuds hook is very gentle but still keeps the earbuds in. And I also appreciate how the multifunction button isnโt the flat side of the earbud like every other brand does nowadays. Thereโs a little button on the side of the earbud you press with a very satisfying click so when youโre adjusting the earbuds youโre not accidentally skipping a song or something. If youโre on the ropes about this pair of earbuds, GET THEM!!! I will absolutely use these until they canโt be used anymore. This is the happiest Iโve ever been with a pair of wireless earbuds EVER!! I will never open up my drawer full of random wireless earbuds again lol.

Overall, great sport ear buds with some small issues
I stand by the overall thoughts in my initial review. These are very good earbuds for the purpose of using at the gym and running etc. After 2 months, my left earbud simply stopped working. I worked with Anker support and tried a few things including a firmware upgrade. Surprisingly, the left bud worked one more time but then did not anymore. In the end, Anker sent me a new pair that arrived overnight!!! I don't know where they were shipped from and it is possible it is close to my home. No drama needed. They stood by their product. Nonetheless, I was fully impressed. I have a few different Anker items and I nearly put the brand on the back burner. However, they totally redeemed themselves with me. I am really hoping my new set actually holds up for the coming years. I really like these buds for the purposes that I use them for. Original review ---------------------- These buds have the 2 essential characteristics of a good sport/workout set of buds. First, they have physical buttons, which is a must for me. If you have ever run for a bunch of miles and have sweaty hands and then use a touch sensitive volume up control, you might appreciate this as I do. Nothing worse than sweat staying on the control and the volume just continuously raisin until you are forced to pull out the buds. Second, they have ear loops to keep them in place. Another bit of experience from running or working out when they begin to fall out because your ear is getting sweaty and you are trying to dry your ear and the bud tips so they stay in. Other than the basics I look for, these sound plenty fine and I am happy with them. The equalizer is really to dial in the sound you are looking for, but they have plenty of presets you can choose from. The software is well designed and easy to work with. No problems connecting at all. Though this set is for working out, I did check the latency with my laptop. For my use, the latency of these buds was okay with the laptop. It was not fantastic and there was some very slight noticeable delay in the lip syncing, but in a pinch I could live with these, but they would not be a primary device for that purpose. Lastly, the price is overall fair for the overall quality of the buds. However, a couple of comments and/or things I am not fond of. Despite having physical buttons, I have a hard time indexing where they are. I know where they are, but when I put my finger on them It does not feel like a button is there. I also have big fingers, so I might just have an issue most others don't. I am not sure. I would have preferred them on the outside of the bud where the logo is like many other brands. Also related to the buttons and software, especially on my right bud, when you set something to the double button click (like next track), there is not double click tolerance. For me, I have to have the perfect rhythm to get the double clicks to work. It can't be click click or click pause pause click. It has to be a perfect click pause click. Otherwise it most often just pause the music and I am wondering if it is going to the next track. This is probably my biggest gripe with these buds and it is annoying. I am hoping that they will fix this tolerance in an update or that I innately know the pattern with practice. My other gripe is that the cycling of the ANC, Normal and Transparency modes seems to only be allowed with the long press action (could be double click too, but I did not check that). Why is that? So my preferred set up which is from using other buds in the past is this (L bud = Left bud, R bud = Right bud) Single click (R bud) - Pause/play Double click (L bud) - Replay song (previous track) Double click (R bud) - Next song Long Press (L bud) - Volume down (wish press to hold would keep lowering, but that is another issue) Long Press (R bud) - Volume up Why can't I use the Single click (L bud) to cycle through the ANC, Normal and Transparency?????? I would really like the option to use those features on the fly. However, what do I use for volume then? I like the ability to replay a song and since I have hundreds, every now and then I want to hear one again since it might not come up for a long time. Do I remove the next track? That stinks because sometimes you are not in the mood for a particular song at that time. I could stagger the controls and make the previous track the Single click (L bud), Volume down double click (L bud) and then use the mode switcher for long press L Bud, but that really messes me up just thinking that the left and right controls are not lining up well. So I don't know why the set it up like that and I hope that they would fix that too. It is just sad to not use that functionality that could be useful because I don't want to give up other controls that I think are just a little more needed. These should be 5 star buds and in most respects they are. I can live with the button placement and I will get used to that. However, the double click timing bug (yes it is a bug to me) and the inability to 100% arrange the controls as I want them and lose functionality that I could use, only makes these truly a 4 star product.

Great fit for work, working out, or taking calls in the car!
These are a great fit, connect easily, and sound great too! Very impressed by what you get for the price. I had some Jabra Elite 8 Actives before this but had trouble keeping them in my ear during workouts. These stay in place and were less than half the price! I also love how much smoother and faster they connect to multiple Bluetooth sources. When Iโm working theyโre typically connected to both my iPhone and my laptop. When a call comes in on Teams or Jabber on my laptop, the music from my iPhone automatically pauses and allows me to take the call. My previous headphones didnโt work well in these situations. Good sound cancelling. Havenโt tried them while mowing yet. The only problems Iโve experienced are that 1) they occasionally drop the connection from my laptop in the middle of a long call and 2) when taking a call on Teams sometimes the ringing continues in my headphones after Iโve answered the call. (In that case, I hear both the person on the line and the ringing for ~5-10 seconds before the ringing stops.) Not sure if the root of these problems is the laptop (& its software) or the headphones. Itโs entirely possible itโs the laptop. Regardless, these issues are occasional enough that I still am happy with the purchase. Great battery life! I charge mine ~2x a week for the 2-3 hrs I use them each day. Case is secure and the headphones seat easily to charge. One final positive - I had trouble with the microphone noise cancelling on my previous headphones when taking calls in the car. In other words, people on the other end couldnโt hear me easily. I drive an older truck thats somewhat loud, but these headphones have no problem cancelling out the background noise and allowing the person on the other end to hear me. (And yes, Iโve asked them!) Overall, an excellent value. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a single pair of headphones for work, working out, and taking calls in the car.

Great quality at a great price
I am very impressed by these headphones considering the very reasonable price. I replaced my prior ear bud style headphones with these because the buds were always falling out of my ears (especially when I would sweat while working out), and even the smallest size hurt my ear after a very short period of time. These have and over the ear and bud combo type of style, which I really like. They also come with a size extra small for the part that sits in your ear. My ears are very small and the extra small fits perfectly without discomfort. The over ear part is super flexible, so it doesnโt hurt the sensitive ear cartridge and they stayed in place for me for a 45 minute run and stretching afterward including a forward fold!! Not only are they comfortable and they stay in place, but the sound is also great! Iโm very impressed with the app which allows you to do a custom equalizer based on how you specifically hear different frequencies. You can also use the app to program the buttons on each of the buds to do what you want. I highly recommend these, especially for the great price!

I liked the Soundcore Sport X10s Better
I have weirdly shaped ears. The popular hookless in-ear design for earbuds just doesn't work for me because they keep falling out. I was a big fan of the Soundcore X10 earbuds because a hook kept them in place. Even if the bud came out of the ear itself, the hook would keep it from falling to the pavement. The X10s served me well for 2 and a half years, but when the outer plastic shell started chipping off I felt it was time to upgrade to the X20s. I was excited to do so since the Amazon ratings were at the time a little higher and people liked the case design change (now they're about the same). In retrospect, I should have just left well enough alone. The X20s aren't bad. They sound good and seem to keep a pretty solid Bluetooth connection. But they are more expensive and, for my needs at least, not as good as the X10s they replaced. The case design is different, and I do like it. The X10s had a capsule sized case and in order to put the earbuds in you had to fold the hooks over the buds. It added another 1-3 seconds of putting the ear buds in or taking them out of the charging case. Not a huge deal but a little annoying. With the X20s the case is chicklet shaped and you can drop the buds right in or take them right out without folding or unfolding them. I also like the 'breathing' LED charging indicator. But the case redesign appears to have com at a cost, as the hooks are shorter. They're not a LOT shorter, maybe 2-3mm or so, but as a result they don't feel as confidently attached to the ear and in one ear the bud is frequently tugged out because the distance between the hook and the bud is barely long enough to span the distance between where the bud goes and where the hook goes. It may just be me. Maybe it's those weirdly shaped ears playing havoc again. Another gripe is that the hooks seem to get in the way of the button when wearing them. I don't know why this is. When I am holding the buds in my hand I can operate them easily, but when in my ear it's like the hook gets in the way and I have to try to wedge my finger around the hook to get to the buttons. I didn't have this problem with the X10s. Speaking of buttons, the button controls have changed from previous other Soundcore earbuds I've had. With the X10s (and with another pair of Soundcore V20is) a double-tap on the right bud will stop or start the music/podcast/whatever, but in the X20s a single tap starts and stops and a double tap fast forwards. For someone new to Soundcores this is no big deal, but to someone used to controls on other Soundcore ear buds it requires re-learning. How did I find out about the controls? Certainly not from the included manual. It has 32 pages in it: 1 page is dedicated to wearing the buds and 1 page is dedicated to pairing them and 28 of them are the electronics warnings in various languages. There is nothing about how to control them. You have to scan the QR code inside to go and get the online manual to figure out how to turn them on and off and fast forward and rewind and control the volume. I get that they have to include the consumer warnings in various languages, but there's one empty page and another page with the QR codes for the manual on them. They couldn't include even the basic operations instructions in there? Finally there's the battery life. Maybe I have a bad batch--I HOPE I had a bad batch--because I've gotten low battery warnings mulltiple times in the month or so that I've owned these and one of those times my left bud ran out of juice all together. And it's not like I was listening to music all day long. Each time I got the warning it was a surprise. 'Really? Already??' In the 30 months I had worn my X10s I think I had maybe 5 'low battery' warnings, and they were when I knew I'd been listening for a long time. In short these are probably fine for someone with more 'normal' ears. They sound fine and are comfortable and reasonably price. But I kinda wish I'd gotten another pair of X10s.

Highly Recommended with Upgraded Tips
Well, it has been an adventure. For the money, the X20 Sport is the first wireless IEM to truly wow me after trying several other highly regarded options under $100, including the A40 and Liberty 4NC. These fit very comfortably and securely, I have yet to have them fall out of my ears. I bought them for active outdoor use. I was first concerned they would be awkward while wearing glasses, but it didn't take long to know this wasn't a concern at all. They fit my ears most securely with the hook cradled inside my outer ear lobe edge, not over the front of the ear as it is commonly shown in pictures. Works fantastic this way for my ears; they aren't going anywhere! I also use them over the ear lobe for casual listening; still no issue using with glasses, and they fit so well it's like they are not there at all. These are very light IEMs. ANC works great too; not as well as others I have tried, but still very respectable and much appreciated. The A40 buds were fantastic... at first. I loved their compact form factor and overall sound signature. I actually preferred them over the Liberty 4NC. However, they had persistent connectivity issues/pauses while music was playing. I REALLY wanted to keep them, but this ended up being too annoying and eventually a deal-breaker. They also fell out of my ears more than once while working, so this was also discouraging. The more expensive and highly regarded Liberty 4NC's also had impressive sound quality and were feature packed, even had LDAC like the A40's for better sound. But the stem design was clunky, and I just could not get them to fit right, no matter what I tried. The touch sensitive controls were also annoying to use at times, but not a big deal. But I could never get them to fit right into my ears without the stems being in an awkward position. Note: I did not try using different earbud tips, this may have made a difference, but I still returned them as again, they just did not fit securely enough for active outdoor/physical work. Enter the X20 Sport. Well then. In retrospect, I really should have just ordered these first before the A40 and 4NC, considering they are specifically made for active use. However, I was sold on the others based on all the positive YouTube reviews and customer ratings, so I tried those first. I wanted great sound quality, comfort, and overall usability while prioritizing audio performance. Sound quality is on par if not better than with the A40s in my opinion, these can be some very respectable musical earbuds with the proper EQ settings and even more so with upgraded tips. As others mention, these come with a very bass/mid-bass heavy sound, but can get tamed (some) by adjusting the app EQ. They fit fantastic, sound fantastic, perform fantastic for the money. These are definitely keepers, they are exactly what I was wanting. I wouldn't call these "audiophile" but that's not the point; any Bluetooth IEM will not sound as good as wired. But these, at least for me, provide a very respectable listening experience in situations where regular wired IEMs just can't be used. The included silicone tips are... ok... but I would HIGHLY recommend upgrading them for better fit and sound. Foam tips are fantastic for noise isolation/ANC and secure fit. But for the best sound quality, comfort, overall ANC effectiveness, I do prefer well regarded premium silicone replacements. There are TONS of earbud tips to choose from; just be sure to find those that will not only fit the X20 but also fit its charging case if that is a big priority. Spinfit W1's, for example, will fit on the X20s and sound AMAZING to me; they eliminate the muddy/boomy sound verses stock tips and improve the audio quality significantly. They also are amongst the most comfortable tips I have tried. But you'll need to take them off the earbuds every time you put them back into the charging case. Some people will I'm sure dislike this, but the sound performance improvement and comfortable fit is very well worth the extra effort IMO. If you are looking for the absolute best option for sound quality and comfort, try Divinus Velvet tips (both wide bore and standard). Not only are they the best I've tried on the X20 for overall sound quality, they also can fit into the charging case using the smaller sizes. Wide bore tips tend to accentuate treble and clarity, the regular to narrow-bore tips tend to enhance bass frequencies more. JVC Spiral Dot++ (and its previous variants) are also easy recommendations. These do a fantastic job at smoothing the sound profile throughout all frequencies, making for a very smooth, easy to listen to experience for longer listening sessions. Like the Velvets, these are very comfortable as well. There are plenty of other tips I haven't mentioned or haven't tried. For example, I have yet to try the infamous Final Type-E. Honestly, this is my very first experience with wireless IEMs in general, let alone IEM tip rolling. But without a doubt, just a simple tip swap can make a massive difference in the IEM sound experience and fit/comfort. My advice when purchasing tips is to first get a multi-size pack if at all possible. Tip sizes actually vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so it is not always reliable to just order the size that fits best. These are great wireless earbuds for anyone who leads an active lifestyle and also enjoys great sound quality and ANC benefits. I use these daily, indoors and out. Highly recommended. NOTE: As with all wireless IEMs, these have a limited lifespan which is ultimately determined by the battery health. To get the most out of your wireless IEMs, only charge them when needed. Good advice is to NOT store them in the charging case, instead try to keep the battery power around 60-80% or lower while in use. If wanting a full charge, let the get to 100% and then remove them from the charging case. Keep them stored outside the case in between listening sessions. This will help to extend the life of the lithium batteries in that are in the IEMs. They are not replaceable. I'll continue to update as I feel needed, I hope this information helps anyone that is considering these. I wouldn't write such a long, detailed review if I wasn't truly pleased. I was not paid or compensated by anyone, just my honest review and opinions.

Very good quality for reasonable pricing
I did a research before purchasing and this was a gift for someone. Friend is using it mostly in the gym and she is really happy with the surrounding noise cancellation and the battery life. Initially she did not like the sound difference between her old ones (bose) and this however later stated that she is also happy with the sound. One advantage she said is that it fits perfectly on ears and that is good for running and movement in the gum during training sessions
