Love this collagen! I have used it for years now and it really helps my nails and probably my hair…I say probably because as I said I have used it for quite a while now so not sure how my hair would have been without it

I've been using Vital Proteins now for the past few years and have noticed an overall improvement in my skin and overall health. A big bonus is that its a great source of protein. I mix 4 tbsp. in with my hot coffee and it dissolved right away with minimal stirring. You can't really taste it either so it's a great way to get some added protein in your diet.

This product is easy to use in any liquid to drink. There isn't really a flavor as it dissolves well when mixed. Enjoyable.

This for a certainty helps with my bad knees. If I go two days without it my knees start being extremely painful again. This isn't a cure but it sure improve my ability to get around! I also noticed my hair is not falling out like it used to. I am now on a monthly subscription for it. Oh, and no noticeable taste.

I noticed the difference in my nails growing and how strong they are. There is absolutely no taste, I put it in my cup of tea every morning.

In a few months my skin started looking clear, and some wrinkles weren’t so deep anymore. I put 2 tablespoons in my coffee every single morning. The thing I don’t like is how I get a big container when there’s only half the container filled. So on a 9.33 ounce is 2 cups ( i measured) so why the big container when half of it is not filled?
