Gounia Interactive Fetching Toys for Dogs Automatic Dog Tennis Ball Launcher Throwing Machine for Trainning Automatic Throw and Fetch Toy, 3 Balls Included

For reasons that I have not been able to ascertain, my 3 yr Schnoodle gets sick after hanging with his homies in the local dog park. Since he loves to fetch and needs to exercise the Gounia Interactive fetcher is perfect. One caveat... when done playing with the fetcher I have to place it high on a shelf in the closet. He nearly destroyed the cover chewing and pawing at it trying to "make it work" after I had unplugged it and left it with him unsupervised. The low toned noise that the fetcher makes excites him as opposed to scaring him because he knows the hum means a ball is about to be launched. FYI: Purchased on July 17, 2018. I only use the fetcher inside my condo and have not needed to measure the ball's landing distance. Tons of fun when it is aimed at a wall or door. Drives Filmore nuts when he tries to catch the rebounds before they hit the floor,

Does not shoot balls 30 feet. Each distance is inconsistent and 8 out of 10 times it goes 10-15 feet. Sensor also does not read ball every time you drop it in and you need to stick your hand in to make it trigger. This was all with it plugged in to an outlet so power/batteries were a non issue.

I bought this product on April 27th, and the button is now stuck. It was stuck when I first received it, and I almost returned it, but the button became unstuck so I figured it was good. Well now it is permanently stuck, because it will not turn on at all. I am little upset seeing as this has not even been a month of use. It has never been outside, only in my apartment, and my dog is still being trained on how to use it, so it was not over used.

I rated with one star only because I had to. The product does not work with the power cord that it was supplied with. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this product. I was very excited to receive this and was looking forward to playing with my dog. It was very discouraging to open it up and find it doesn't work, it does not make me think to highly of this brand.

I'm going to return it. First button to throw the ball to 10' throw it no more than 3' and the 20' no more than 6'. Only occasionally throw the ball near the 10'.

I liked that my dog enjoyed the item WHILE IT WORKED. I didn't like that it stopped working 3 weeks after delivery and I missed my return window by 5 days. Defective items should be covered longer than 30 days. Never buying an item from this company again. $59.00 down the drain!!!!!!!!!!!

It stopped working properly after about two weeks.
